HiO is loading VERY slow for me and then gives me...

Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
It's not my internet since I can load any page other than HiO and it's completely fine.
It's just HiO that is giving me this problem.
So anyway, I get that error timed out and then when I refresh it finally loads.
But then when I click preview post or post it starts taking me through the loading screen again, until it gives me the timed out error again. Loading this OOC chat page took forever and gave me a timed out screen and I refreshed it and now am writing this out to you guys.
I'm trying to do a post but it's kind of hard when the site stops loading for me every other second. What exactly do you think is wrong? (Obviously not my internet as every other page I load is completely fine and loads really fast, HiO is the only site that does this to me now. And it just stopped working about 2 minutes ago, it was fine before then.)
