I can’t wait till I get home, our home computers are schoolwork only or closely watched by my parents, they don’t really like it when I get online and talk to people for some reason, so, I’m trying to stick it out and work on it the best I can.

Uhhhhhhh.....I have no idea. That totally depends on how your parents are.

Do a presentation on the pros and cons of you having one and make sure that you are very detailed and show that you are responsible enough to take care of it.

That's what I did and I got a puppy.

My family knows I am responsible enough to take care of a puppy, we live on a farm and I take care of a majority of the animals. The issue is my grandparents share a house with us and my grandmother does not any animal that lives in the house. One of the reasons I had to build an outside pen for my cats and they only come inside while she is at work.

Get a farm dog then, train it to stay outside and help take care of the animals then.
