So... how did I get here?
Well I just got here at Hogwarts about 3 days ago. Its so big. I'm not sure how I will get around. These where my thoughts as I wandered around. Luckily I don't have classes today. When I finally started to notice the scenery around me. I realized I was at the lake we first years crossed to get here, at Hogwarts. I still can't believe that I'm here. I know I'm a pure blood. But it's just... Magical.
I started making my way closer to the lake. I saw the squid that lives there. It was a calm day with little to no wind. I sat in the grass taking in the lakes view. I even placed my hand in the water but quickly pulled it out, the water was colder then I expected.
Finally I realized I have no idea how to get back to the common room. Ok... Don't panic... Just retrace your steps Quinn. I got up off the grass, and walked up to the steps of the school. I opened the doors and walked in. Trying to retrace my steps to get back, it was hard because I was zoned out for most of my wandering to the lake. I think I will be able to get to the common room... Its in the basement so I just have to get downstairs right?
