eat things low in fat as to not upset your stomach while it gets better. Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration (this replaces the minerals you lose if you throw up )

And they're working on a lawnmower behind me and the smell of the oil is...ugh. But in a couple of minutes, I'll be on a school bus going up and down winding hills with smelly little kids. This past hour has been absolutely marvelous for me.

Correct- and you can have more than one for sure. What isn't allowed is 'saving up' abilities until reaching 5th year and then choosing several abilities that have a year 5 prerequisite.

you can update stats every year, bailey! you don't have to though, it's just useful for moderated situations.

Yes. You update them every year according to how many you gain once you move up a school year- it also depends on whether you have earned any from quidditch games etc but make sure to update them ^^
