I did find a dairy free and gluten free ice cream place near me (uhh- once driving down the interstate for uhhh an hour) that has pretty good DF/GF ice cream.

But have you thought about some of the DF ice cream? Some are GF/DF- like Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia

Take it off. It is stopping the circulation, and you could hurt nerves. If it is still bleeding, put pressure on it or let it bleed till it clots
Why is there a bandaid? It is a cut, and if so, how deep?

Gosh ok i took the bandaid off i just scraped it against something and it tore the skin off. Not the worst wound I've had.
