───── Someone stepped up next to her, a girl from her school. She wasn’t sure if she had seen the other girl before, but she does seem friendly. “Yea. I have a feeling that they are going to be completely different than what we imagined.” She said, nodding absentmindedly. She was not use to being around so many other people that are not from her school. And they all seemed to be half excited to see them.
Callista walked away from the crowd, in search of a quieter place. To the left of where they landed, there seemed to be a bench a distance away from everyone else. She tugged her light blue suitcase behind her, and marched her way to the bench. She placed her suitcase on the floor, and pulled open the zipper. Tasked by her friends at Beauxbatons, she was to write about everything and anything she sees at the foreign school. She had brought along a gorgeous notebook to write down everything. She started a new entry and began writing. She wrote about her journey to the school, her first impression, the people standing around their carriage, awaiting their arrival. She finished writing and put her notebook away. She was aware that only a few minutes had passed, since the crowd was still there, and nothing really changed. Callista pulled her suitcase behind her as she stood up and took a step towards the other side of the courtyard.

One of the last to exit the carriage was a young man that seemed a bit too tall to ride comfortably in the carriage. He was far from the height of a part giant, but he had lanky, awkward teenage proportions. His hair was a bit frizzy and his eyes had a glassy sheen to them as if he was exhausted. In truth, he did not sleep like he used to. How could he when he was burdened by such guilt? He had allowed his cousin to die through inaction. He should have sent a letter. He should have verified that they were aware of a cure. He did nothing and Vladimir languished until the end. He knew that few missed him, in fat more likely celebrated his death than mourned it. Vladimir's death had caused a schism in his family, with the death of the heir apparent and her next legal son barely an infant there were claims that Gideon was a better match. Gideon never shown the same psychic capacity as his half-brother or his cousins. His mother even protested the claim, feeling her son, yes Jürgen was a superior choice. Some of his cousins, Mathias in particular were rather vocal about how they could (and should) take the mantle when it was time. Of course Pride would try, he went through all that trouble to ensure Vladimir died why wouldn't he try to walk away with some sort of prize. He had gotten Uncle Thaddeus' attention, that much was for certain. He and his cousins were exiled to the far corners of the globe, Beauxbatons was the obvious choice. The decree was anywhere but Hogwarts.
He was only here for a short time. He needed to "be supportive" of his cousin, the momentary favorite, when he is declared a champion. It was already foreseen, the threads of fate spin on a precarious axis and while there is some things that cannot, must not be changed, the future can still be manipulated. Fates can alter course. Things can change.
It was strange stepping out of that carriage and looking at Hogwarts from this vantage point. From the view of an outsider. He had of course adapted to the changes inflicted on him due to his cousin's passing, secondary to Mathias' ambition and Vladimir's foolish hubris. He was resentful and he was no longer on anyone's side in this matter. Everyone wanted something and they did not care who the hell they hurt.
It was time to have plans of his own.
