this link is combat sparring, sparring/ fighting with padded weapons for points
here is traditional sparring… go to about 2:41 into it to see some. Basically fighting for points, punches to the chest and kicks to the chest and head.they only offered for the boys: Football, Baseball, Karate, and Basketball. But karate closed like a day after they posted their avertisements.

I can barely get to 200 on a regular post and somehow when I use my Inpc i get over 700 then on my pc i can just barely get 400
Like it was 460 then i saved as a draft then went and finished it and now it's 710
