Appearance: Celeste has olive skin, wavy, medium brown hair, and light blue-grey eyes. She is objectively beautiful, and though no part of her is veela, some might mistake her for one with her flawless skin and delicate features.

Personality: Celeste is the golden child of the family. Unlike her sister, she has her feet planted firmly on the ground and has an air of grace and charm about her. Her quiet nature does not come from a lack of conversational skills, but rather, Celeste only chooses to speak with people who she deems to be on her level. She does not engage with those she views as lower class.

History: The Toussant family resides in northern France in the town of Le Havre. During the majority of the year, her family remains in the city, but on summer vacation (and occasionally on other holidays) they all migrate out into the country, where the family owns a large chateau. The Toussant children have lived a life of wealth and luxury, so it was only natural that they should attend Beauxbatons, and thereafter, hopefully enter reputable professions.

In the eyes of her parents, Celeste can do no wrong, and her entire life, she has effortlessly upheld the image and ideals of the pureblood Toussant family. In this way, without consciously realizing it, Celeste has allowed her parents to make a lot of decisions for her, and even at 12 years old, she has already begun feeling pressured to choose a career path that will please her parents.

Celeste is the younger of two children in her family. Though Celine is older than her by age, it has often felt the other way around. For as long as she can remember, Celeste has been there to help Celine out of tough spots. This also led to both of their first instances of magic. One summer at the chateau, after Celine accidentally broke a very expensive vase, the two girls frantically worked together to repair it, the shattered pieces somehow magically merging back together.
