Free Ballroom Dance Lesson
With the Blossom Ball on its way, everyone would be excited, but wait... your PC or iNPC doesn't know how to dance, Harmonia will teach them, they need a practice partner, she'll practice with them, You and your partner want to practice, she could play the music, dont have a date, then host an open session to meet others.
Thank you @Simon Kincaid for volunteering to assist with older students. If anyone else wants to volunteer they can.

Your RPG storyline idea : My iNPC Tiffany needs some friends! I would like it if they shared some of the same interests (writing, astrology, existential stuff, etc.) but that does not have to be required. Preferably a long-term friendship, maybe romance if it gets to that point. (NOT TOO EARLY THOUGH. Tiffany would not allow that.)

Your RPG storyline idea : Edme and @Mercy Tolman are going to be dorm mates, however we need a couple more people to join bonds and fill up the room. We're looking for any first year Ravenxlaws, and the RP will be a meeting type kind of setup where all dorm mates get to introduce themselves and find out more about each other. This would be, naturally, long-term.
Additional info : owl me if you're interested! It could be friends, enemies, or just minor acquaintances.

I had the idea of her doing something to let Simon go to be finally able to close this chapter and move on.

Your RPG storyline idea: Pax can be a bit of a trouble-maker, and would ideally like a partner in crime! Someone to teach them their ways and be almost like a mentor to them. This would ideally be a longer-term relationship.
