Yeah you can. I actually have been mentioning Serena's older brother went to Durmstrang before the inpc system came out. I went back to read my first ever post the other day and it was also in there LOL. So when Durmstrang came out, I was reminded that I could make Arjan if I wanted. Luckily I kept it vague and everything else worked but yeah. You can have them relate. A lot of people do, as long as it doesn't contradict what you've said previously. And he also flirts with guys/plays with them, as evidenced by Felix. So could be gay, or as I said, hasn't had feelings for anyone who would change his mind that it's not a game. If he finds the right person, that may change.
