Cecil is a blonde boy with blue eyes and a magnetic smile. He is around 4'11'' and clocks in at a measly 98 pounds. He has a short haircut, with just enough bangs to fall in his eyes. His smile can light up a room and he is considered to be a very handsome boy.
Personality: Cecil is very studious, often spending hours perfecting papers and homework to get the best grade possible. He is smart and determined, with a real eye for detail, and enjoys drawing as well as the culinary arts. He is a bit antisocial but still tries to hang out with his friends as frequently as he can. He is shy and soft-spoken, often talked over by other kids.
History: Cecil was born to Harriet and Michael Parker at 3 in the morning on October 8th. His mother and father, high ranking members of their fields, we're hardly ever around. Cecil spent his first two years in daycare and with family, as his parents had to work very hard to keep the family afloat.
Then, when Cecil was two, his family grew by one. His sister, Abbey, was born, giving the level-headed Libra a new playmate. They were inseparable. So much so that they put them in the same room, as Cecil would escape from his crib and go sleep on the floor in his sister's room.
Since they were so close in age, they shared a lot in common. They both loved the stories their parents told to them when they were being tucked in and they both hated broccoli. They were alike in so many ways, their parents sometimes called them their twins.
When Cecil was 8, he and his sister were riding their bikes when suddenly a car swerved into their path. The car came upon them quickly, but before it could hit either child, the car slammed to a stop, seemingly hitting a forcefield. Their babysitter, seeing this, immediately called their parents and they rushed home. They were so relieved that their son and daughter were safe that they took everyone out for ice cream, including the babysitter. It was there that the babysitter revealed to Harriet and Michael that it had been Cecil's first instance of magic that made the car stop, as she didn't have her wand at the time and saw his hands push out right before it stopped. Overjoyed, his parent bought him a new toy and congratulated him on his big moment.
Now 11, he has to leave his sidekick of a sister and venture to Ilvermorny, the American wizarding school, just like his parents. He had a lot to live up to, and he was ready to learn and be the best at the school.
