Mystery to why Lilly-Anne is in the Hospital Wing

Lilly doesn't remember what happened before her vision went black only that she reached out to steady her self but grasped at thin air. She doesn't remember the journey to the hospital nor The nurse waving her wand in different motions. She Doesn't remember the what class  she had or if anyone visited her. 

Because Lilly-Anne spent 2 weeks in hospital wing in a coma. 
Lilly began to wake due to the sharp bright light that appeared in the front of her face. 
Opening her eyes, Lilly she adjusts to the bright light which turns out to be the sun. 
Looking around trying to remember where she is, Lilly being to have a panic attack when she notices a sign that has hospital wing of Hogwarts opened in.....

That shocked Lilly because she doesn't remember what happend. Sitting up Lilly sees nothing but a small written piece of parchment siting upon the side table. 
Picking up the parchment  
Lilly began to read, strangely Lilly notices it was of her had writing of her charms notes from 2 weeks ago. Lilly thought that she had charms like less than an hour ago but it was actually two weeks ago. 
The parchment gave her no clues as to how she ended up in the hospital. 
An owl suddenly flew through the window dropping a letter into her lap.
That is a strange thought, Lilly, because she didn't know anyone who would actually visit her because she didn't have many friends and her mother didn't contact her at all.
So who was writing to her?
