It had been a long day for Trix, made even longer by the fact that it was Sunday and they needed to study for their classes on Monday. The trouble was, Trix couldn't concentrate by themselves, and sitting in the common room was making them sleepy, so they headed to the library, hoping they could find a study group to take pity on them and let them study together. Walking in, they were hit by the smell of old books and scrolls, a magical scent that was all the better now that the books on the shelves contained the study of magic.

They were almost done with their first year, and they still couldnt believe that it was all real. It had been a dream come true when the Hogwart's liason had come to their house, and now they lived it 24/7. Knowing that summer was well on its way by the warming weather and the thaw of snow, Trix longed to stay at the school forever.

Looking around for someone who looked like they knew what they were doing, they spotted a brown haired boy studying by himself. From his look, he was definitely older than Trix, which made them perk up. Perhaps he would help them study! They walked up quietly and tapped the boy on the shoulder. "Hi! I was, uh, wonndering if you could help me study? I've got a pretty bad grade in my potions class." They shrugged. "Would you help? Sorry if I'm being annoying..." They were used to coming off a little strong, but they hoped that the boy wouldnt mind their intrusion.
