History/Background Story: Growing up in a pure blood family was sometimes too much. Always learning proper manners, about the other pureblood families, and about the history of the wizarding world. Catilina and Grendel Aelin gave birth to three children. Rowan, the oldest son by two years, Myla, the middle child and one year older than Keres, and Keres, the youngest. They were always very close to their siblings growing up, rough housing with Rowan, and playing in the back yard of their two story town house with Myla. The youngest of the Aelin family could speak Fluent Welsh which is their native language, Fluent English, Some German, Some Italian, Some Spanish, and Some French. They can also play the piano and sing per their mother's request.

Keres was the youngest child of three. In most cases the youngest child is babied and maybe even favored. This was not the case, it was more of the opposite. Catilina was quite disappointed when Keres told her they were non-binary. Their mother only wanted another daughter that she could put in pretty dresses, teach her how to dance, do her hair and makeup, and choose who she would marry. However Keres shattered this dream by shaving half their head and dyeing the other half a bright blue, starting to wear dark edgy clothing, which resulted in Catalina being more strict with their studies. Pressuring them into learning the languages of fellow pureblood families. It was rather exhausting. Waking up early, hitting the books, and not getting any breaks to play with their siblings. This resulted in the child becoming very rebellious and quite the opposite of what their mother tried to teach them to be. Instead of proper, quiet, poised, soft spoken, and polite Keres became spontaneous, loud, stubborn, and sometimes ill tempered. And Keres could not shake the burning need to be perfection, it was something they tried to suppress. It was like they needed to impress everyone and if they were not good enough they would be a failure. This need is not as strong anymore, but it still floats around in their head from time to time.

Keres was very close to their siblings. Rowan would always help them study and help sneak them out of the study to his room so they could play some games or just talk. Myla would bring Keres some candy or take them to the back yard so the three could breathe the fresh air and have a little bit of fun.

Physical Description: Keres is quite average in height for their age. Standing at 4'8" and weighing a little over 95 pounds they have an athletic build with a very small amount of muscle definition from various sports. Their skin is naturally flush, but tans easy in the sun. They have buzzed the left side of their natural dark brown hair and dyed the right side a vibrant blue which is always swept over to the side. Their eyes are a deep sapphire blue. They have a sharp jawline as well as a sharp nose. On each ear they have four silver earrings that go up the side of the ear. Usually they are wearing some form of t-shirt, some athletic pants, a blue and black leather jacket, and a pair of bright blue high top sneakers.

First instance of magic: It was a sunny day in the white town house and seven year old Keres was sitting in the study with Rowan. He was teasing them about their bright blue hair that they had just dyed. Keres had an agitated expression on their face before jumping on him and starting a wrestling match. Once they were pinned down and Rowan startled tickling them, the brunette yelled at him to stop. When he didn't a popping sound could be heard as a paper on the desk caught on fire. It was a very small flame that the two blew out, but it startled Rowan enough to let them go
