Poor Sarah was really taking a beating as Galton's Knockback Jinx hit her, sending her slightly backwards but not enough to knock her down. Alan struggled to find her in the fog and ended up missing. Sarah similarly couldn't find Alan. Like two ships passing in the night, their spells missed their targets. From what Willow could see, she was at least still standing and right now as a moderator that's all she care about.

Galton hadn't felt this connected to Mr. Wand in ages. It wasn't that they fought often, but it was rare for the two to enjoy such a carefree conversations. Sure, it started with a bit of a bang on Mr. Wand's end - but Galton had that one coming - he needed the wake up call, the call to action. He hoped that at the end of this duel Mr. Wand would be proud of him. And Toad. If they were proud of him that is all he needed.

Alan was staring at Sarah, who had simply not been hit by his spell. However she did get hit by Galton which was pretty great. "Good hit!" he cheered before trying to focus on his wand. He saw the fog grow thinner so he was not sure how little it would last now. He glanced over at Galton as well, who was doing just fine. Alan smiled, before he took a deep breath and readied himself.

The Slytherin wasn't surprised that her spell hadn't landed on its target, she could barely see said target so she didn't expect much. Though it might have been nice to at leats land something seeing as how much of a beating she seemed to be taking. She'd have been embarrassed had she not already carefully considered the rather likely outcome of this duel before it'd already began. She'd been ready for whatever would happen, win or lose - not that it made being hit buy the full force of magic any easier to take.
Alan's words briefly caught her attention. Good hit, she rolled her eyes at his comment, perhaps mostly bitter because it had in fact been a good hit, one which hit her full force. "Absolutely stellar," she muttered to herself, hoping her private sarcasm would distract her from the dull throbbing which radiated throughout her body - one which she had very little doubt would cease anytime soon. The girl had never actually been knocked unconscious before, she'd fainted once but that wasn't exactly the same thing. She realised that she'd probably find out soon enough just how dissimilar the two were. Still, she grasped tight to her wand, perhaps she could at least go out in style.Action | Doing as strategized

Sarah stood alone against the two lions, and she obviously refused to back down without putting up a fight. Her knockback jinx against Alan missed once again, the boy too slippery to hit. Galton casted his ever practiced wind jinx and hit her straight in the chest. Alan made the situation worse by spraying her with water. What a way to go. As the water blasted Sarah she fell back, the duel over. Thank god. Willow thought about making a remark about ending the duel early this time but decided against it.
"Sarah has fallen! The duel is over. Congrats to Gryffindor!" Willow hopped down from her place and returned the cats to their owners before helping Sarah to the hospital wing. She liked to make sure the duellists were ok after, especially as one of the interns at the hospital wing.GRYFFINDOR WINS!
