"I think I'd go absolutely crazy if I had stayed home for most of my life. My house barely has enough room for the five us to breathe, and we haven't much space beside the house. Just the garden, and my family's shop," Adriel said dramatically. It was true; the building the Lovages resided in was a narrow, three-story building. The bottom floor was the store, and the two levels above provided a small but manageable living space. She hadn't travelled much in her life, though, but she had been given free reign of the city at an early age.

"I don't mind leaving home too much. Been there my whole life, after all. My brother moved off to London a few years ago, so I've liked being around kids again. The adults at home are dreadfully boring," she responded with a small chuckle. It was true. Her parents and auntie weren't nearly as fun to play with as her brother.
"I haven't had too much trouble getting along here. I've got scolded by a prefect from nearly every house for dawdling already, and I've found a few people to dislike. Otherwise, though, I've liked the classes, and the girls I share my dorm with are awfully fun. I'm just glad for the change of scenery, really," she added, trying to sum up the already eventful school year.

We were born with the capacity and the determination to be utterly happy all the time. Perhaps even in this we were freaks.

Adriel had basically just summed up her time at Hogwarts, which was ironic. "Yeah, me too. I haven't really had time to meet the girls in my dorm, as of yet. I hope to soon, though." There was a lot of things to do at Hogwarts, which kept her busy. She didn't really spend much of her time in the dormitories. Besides, she'd much rather be exploring the grounds than lounging around.

She wondered about the other dorms sometimes. She hadn't really talked to any boys yet. She always liked to differentiate, so she appreciated both boy and girl friends. She'd only talked to one; the Hufflepuff prefect. She couldn't quite remember the name of the boy, but she knew she'd be seeing him around. After all, they were from the same house.

"I know I said this already, but I just couldn't imagine. I love my siblings and all, but all that while with them and we'd be swinging at each other left and right. Even Enoch and I, my twin brother. We're super close, and I can't even begin to imagine hurting him, or him hurting me." Olympia's face sort of faltered, from her smile to a frown, and back to a smile again. She wanted to hear more about these girls though. She already knew everything about herself. It was learning about others she found fascinating.
