History/Background Story:
Penelope was born to a magical household. Her father was a well-respected wizard in the magical community, with an ancient bloodline of pure-blooded wizards and a lot of money. His entire family had been in the house of Slytherin, and so was he. He hoped that Penelope would carry on the family tradition, but gave her no pressure. Her mother was extremely beautiful, and was always very loving and nice to Penelope. They lived in a huge mansion in the heart of London, Penelope had everything she could ever want, and life was really good.
Penelope first performed magic when she was five years old. She was playing outside in the garden, and suddenly, she saw something large and hairy on the ground. She looked closer, and almost yelped out loud. It was a spider!
For some reason, Penelope had always been terrified of spiders. She stepped back hastily, almost tripping over herself. She thought about she lost her grip, and it fell into a puddle nearby. Well, that made her really angry, and before she knew it, the puddle had sort of exploded, sending mud everywhere.
