It's simple. If you have played Marry, Kiss, Crucio game, then it's way too simple to learn and play. You have to choose any character. It may be from Hogwarts, Avengers or Star Wars. All your wish!
Now, follow the example to know what to do.
For example:
Person 1: Hulk, Draco, Black widow
Person 2: Brain- Black widow
Heart- Hulk
Trash- Draco
Your turn: Captain America, Pansy, Albus
Person 3: Brain- Albus
Heart- Captain America
Trash- Pansy
.......And it goes on.......

Now, know the meaning of the following words:
Brain : Brain means the character you will remember forever , whether you love it or not.
Heart : Heart means the character you have a crush on or simply like it. Even if you love it.
Trash: Trash means the character you hate the most or in your opinion is the bad character.
