Satisfied? 𝙲𝚕𝚘𝚜𝚎𝚍

Since the sorting hat had been placed on my head, my life, which I thought would become superb and full of simple joy, had turned into a nightmare. Agree, this word can sound strong and completely stupid. It was just a house, a class that reflected what I was! The people I had met sometimes looked at me strangely with my uniform in the horrible red and gold color that I had torn a little. Gryffindor is the home of Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and so on, but I don't care. I was only aiming for Slytherin. House of cunning, pride. My mother's house.
In fact, the problem was not as simple as that. Being in Gryffindor made me very sad because I really wanted to go to Slytherin, but I know I'll get over it. No, what worries me is how my mother will react. She had told me throughout my childhood that I absolutely had to go to Slytherin, that all the people in my family who had been to Hogwarts had studied in this house. She would be disappointed in me and let me know.

I had taken refuge in the Great Hall, as if I could do the sorting ceremony again. Sitting in a corner, I pulled on a thread of my dress in order to destroy it even more. I hate myself for being here.
A young boy from Hufflepuff had approached me without my realizing it.
"You know that tearing your brand new uniform would be useless?”
He's mad at me?
"Of course I know, I'm not that stupid!" I spat.
I'll be the weights to contain my urge to yell at him about everything that's going on. It was for nothing. And then it was the first person who spoke to me, I was perhaps going to forget for a little while the letter that I must write to my mother.
"Sorry, it's not against you, I'm just in a bad mood. Don't be too mad at me."

[font=black jack] T[/font]he girl looked really upset. She replies that she is not stupid. Anselm wants to continue teasing her but since she is already pissed off, he stops. Ans didn't want to annoy her any more.

[font=black jack] T[/font]he red one apologises, Ans thought it was cute that she was worried about getting upset. He lowers himself to her level and sits on the floor, opposite her, smiling. "This is me teasing you, we have a right to self-defence, right?" Besides, he really wasn't going to take offence at that.

[font=black jack] T[/font]he poof looks at her, smiling. He suddenly remembers how rude he was, he hadn't even asked her name! How rude, really! Ans started to think, what name would suit that beautiful face? Well, instead of making it up, he'd better ask before she gets offended! “What is your name?”

[font=black jack] H[/font]er friend seemed to smile slightly, really? She was even prettier when she smiled. He looks at his uniform, which is obviously a bit damaged. He says to comfort her, "You know, red suits you perfectly! If we'd worn green, your eyes wouldn't stand out as much..." Gryffindor really was a nice house to be in. After all, they say the hat is never wrong, right?

It annoyed me to have lost my means in front of someone from the second day. Usually I don't mingle with other people because they don't really like me. It must be said that my character has a lot to do with it. The Hufflepuff lowered to my height. Personally, I found it offensive. To believe that I was a poor little girl. I was pissed that they were acting like that but he smiled at me and told me I didn't have to apologize, it was self defense. His words kept me from throwing venomous words at him to get him to leave me alone. I was happy that he realized that. It changed people I knew. He made me smile. Slightly. Very slightly. The young Hufflepuff asked my name. Every time I was asked the question, I never knew if I should give just my first name or my last name or both or my full name. It took me a moment to wonder what to say. "Diana Blackthorn and you?" I had chosen the thing that I found the most logical or at least the one that people usually answered.
I saw the boy look down at my uniform. It is true that he was not a pretty sight. "You know, red suits you perfectly! If you had worn green, your eyes wouldn't stand out so much..." His compliment made me blush and I really didn't know where to put myself. It was the first time someone had said something like that to me. What to do ? Thank him ? Yell at him?
I looked away, embarrassed but happy with his compliment, whispering a thank you.
After a while, I didn't go back to him, still a little embarrassed. "You too, your blue eyes stand out better than if you had the Ravenclaw uniform." It was stupid to say that, but I didn't want to stay silent.

[font=black jack] T[/font]he girl marks a silence and blushes. Is she embarrassed? Anselm is a bit annoyed now... She finally answers, saying that he too, if he had the Slytherin uniform, his eyes would stand out less. On the one hand she was right, on the other she had just paid him a compliment, right?

[font=black jack] T[/font]he Hufflepuff thought at first that it was a bad start between them given his first answer. But finally, Diana had some in reserve! "Oh, thanks, that's sweet. My name is Anselm but you can call me Ans. May I call you Ana?”

[font=black jack] T[/font]he boy scans her with his eyes, he wants to remember how she is and what she looks like. Her hair was blond, but quite long. It's weird but Ans suddenly had the urge to make her lots of little braids. He then looks at his eyes. They are a beautiful emerald green. So bright!

[font=black jack] H[/font]is desire to do her hair is too strong. He hesitates, it would be weird, wouldn't it? Well, at worst she'll say no if it really bothers her. In an insecure voice, he then said, "I know this is weird, feel free to say no but...I thought your hair was really nice and I was wondering...can I do your hair?" He looks at her blond hair with a puzzled look.
