It is fine, I completely understand and do not hate you for not spending more time with me. I could have written to you as well and I am sorry that I did not.

I love the sweater, there is no reason to cry, it is amazing. I am sorry to say that I did not make you anything for Christmas, nor have I bought you anything yet. I did not go home for break so did not have the time to buy you anything.

Holiday has been okay so far, Hogwarts is quiet over the break and I am kind of regretting staying here, but I thought maybe I would be able to get a bit of studying done without any distractions. I was wrong.

Who likes fruit cake really, the fruit just gets all squishy. Aunt Hannah loves to make it for us but I am pretty sure that most of it gets thrown out anyway. I managed to get out of the cookie decorating but if I could help you I would. You probably need it.

I'm glad you like it. It's fine that you couldnt go shopping, I get it. The fact you like the sweater is enough for me, though if you go calling me sappy, I'll pelt you with snowballs and whine if you fight back.

If you're not getting any studying done over there, then come save me! I'm hiding behind a rug in the broom closet as we speak! My parents need us all out of the house and said I better be out all day with a friend or with one of my aunts and uncle; they want to buy baby clothes and go caroling Logan! I hate singing and they only like buying the boring looking stuff. I can't do it Logan, not again, never again.

Come to the city and hang out with meee. Aunt Natalie even offered to take me and a friend somewhere and she's going to Hogsmeade to see old friends so she can just pick you up-

You are very sappy Elsi, very very sappy. I am expecting an onslaught of snowballs upon your return. I apologize, but I do not think I would have been able to save you. Good luck the rest of break though, I hope you are able to overcome the caroling.

I do not think it is approved of for a random adult to pick a student up from Hogsmeade over winter break, I would really not want to be given detention right before Christmas. Although I can agree with the spending of money at Honeydukes, sweets are the best.

If you do decide to run away, please do not involve me too much. I really do not want your parent to hate me before I have even met them. Although that would be an interesting way to meet your parents.

I got a hold of some new crafting materials, boards, glitter that sorta deal for the upcoming Quidditch games . Wanna make some banners for our houses with me? Let me know if you’re interested. I'd hunt you down to ask in person but you walk awfully fast and delicate flowers such as myself aren't made for running, I'm sure you understand.

Also you don't find spiders do you? I just realized you haven't met Kitty and if you don't well...fair warning that she'd likely be with me while we craft and she likes to jump from person to person.

Dear Elsi,
I would love to make some banners with you for the upcoming Quidditch games, although you are well aware that I am not good at crafting. I feel like I should be slightly offended that you think I walk quickly, but how else am I supposed to get anywhere. I guess delicate flowers such as yourself do need to be careful though, running could harm you greatly.

Spiders are...questionable. I am okay as long as they do not like to jump straight at my face. If I am aware they are there, I am okay with them.
