Thanks for the answer Serena- smh over beans? I mean- it's nice- but I find it harder to get into Poudlard fr since I don't speak French or really just understand the concepts

Deactivation is essentially us deactivating (you are not able to access your old account) so yu can make a new one. The new account starts at y1 first day, no homework done. It does through validation and everything.
We have had members realize that they should not have changed characters and they go back to them. This is uncommon and generally not intentional as they did not make their character with the intention of returning to it later. We have had cases of this but that is not really the intention. It is really made so people that have lost their muse for their character can make a new one and get back that roleplay drive. Technically there is nothing wrong with planning to go back in a few months but please be aware that your present character is essentially in stasis. Meaning, when you deactivate her she will remain the year she is right now. So at the end of the year she will not go up a year. So if you return to her next year, she will still be in this year. You would be claiming she was held back or something similar.
So if you are planning to return to Lizzy, knowing that it is Feb., you would not be able to return to Lizzy until Aug 27-28. This would be after everyone was graduated a year so she would be held back. This may influence your decision.

They are decades in the future IC in comparison to us, we use real time. Their progression through the years is pretty different also. We use the 1:1 system because we are very heavy on roleplay and adventures. We have stats and such. I think they enjoy different things there overall but I do have one member from that site that keeps me up to date on the major stuff going on over there.
