A Break From Frustration
Apologizing to @Lucy Wells

Simon had been in the Library for some time now, looking over some books that were in the magical creature section about what was classified as the living dead. This was a classification of dark creatures that included vampires and zombies and sometimes, depending on the school of thought, ghosts and inferi.
It really was getting him no where, as research on this subject tended to do. It was all so vague that when he was looking for solid facts that could someday prove to be beneficial, he just came up short. Still, someday he hoped to find a source that might hold some accuracy to it.
While frustration was getting to him, recently a group of talkative first years seemed to be bothering him more. There was three boys who was outcasting a fourth and it obviously was supposed to be a group project. The three were joking around, being loud and annoying, and outright making fun of the fourth boy, attempting to make him do all the work.
Simon wrote something down on a piece of parchment and walked over to them. "Try here for your research. I think it'll prove to be beneficial and oh, that professor will let you do your work independently if you explain your situation. My advice? Do your work and get the grade and let these three figure it out for themselves." He looked to the three who just kind of looked to him, not sure what to say.
He returned to his workspace after grabbing one more book to look through and dropped it on the wooden surface before going to sit down, not meaning to cause the loud slam that it did. He hated some people's stupidity and hoped those three wouldn't just waste their time away at such a fine institution of magical learning.
Looking over he noticed a girl sitting there. "Sorry," he whispered over to her. "Hope I didn't startle you."
Be kind to one another. (*iNPC is Miles Thatcher)
