Olympia decided that she'd wanted to explore the school and its ground a little bit more before her next class. She knew she had time, and she wanted to check out the Great Lake. Her siblings always talked to her about it, telling her it was their absolute favorite place at Hogwarts. Maybe it was because the waters are so vast, and the aura so calming. Olympia enjoyed the beaches and the water itself back with her parents, so maybe she'd enjoy it here, too.

Once she arrived at the Great Lake, she inhaled deeply. She sound of waves crashing up against the shore taking her to another place. If there were other people here, maybe she'd talk to someone. She wasn't exactly sure, as she'd only met a few people. Hopefully she'd have more than just a few friends. She didn't mind the house, because the stereotypes didn't bother her.

She slips off her shoes, setting them down carefully on dry land. She hasn't been in the water for quite a while. After she and Enoch, her twin, began to grow up even more, Enoch began to hate the beach. After only Olympia still went with her parents, they found it pointless and stopped taking her. After that, every chance she got, she would sneak off to the beach and swim for hours. Olympia was in the middle of stepping into the waves when she heard a voice calling out behind her...

Arceus, once again wanted some fresh air, away from all the hassle and commotion within the castle walls, he quickly sprinted down over to the Great Lake at such a high speed he was surprised himself that he didn't accidentally trip and send himself rolling down the entire hill. He loved the Great Lake it is his favourite spot in the entire castle, so he always came here or went to the Observatory when he wanted some peace.

As he reached the bottom of the hill he spotted a girl taking her shoes off by the edge of the lake, he decided that he should introduce himself so he jogged the rest of the way until he was a few metres away before calling out, "Hey there!" he called out, he noticed that she had a familiar yellow emblem on her robe, a fellow Hufflepuff! He walked up to her waving slightly "Hi, I'm Arceus, Arceus Powers, Male Prefect of Hufflepuff!" he quickly rambled out while pointing at his badge.

"So I'm guessing that you like it here too?" he asked her, "Well can see why I love coming here, it's really relaxing and you get away from all the commotion" he proceeded to sit down on the slightly sandy floor, "It's nice to meet you" he said with a smile.

Have a nice day and peace out..

Verla walked and looked down sadly as she wandered around the grounds, hoping she would be alone on the dock. She fixed the sash on her bag that went over her shoulder. She hated the woods, so she didn't go into them. She was scared of the woods, ever since the fire. She looked up and saw the prefect talking to a girl, she sighed, knowing him as chipper, she hoped he wouldn't see her walking by. Maybe she should just turn around and go to the common room. Maybe not. She sat under a cherry blossom tree, the rarest tree at Hogwarts. She pulled out a book and wiped her eye since a tear threatened to come out, and for no reason. She began to read, to keep her eyes busy so they wouldn't cry. She had no reason to, other than her parents.

Something hopped onto her shoulder, it was her old companion Oliver. She smiled a pretty smiled and said "Hey Ollie, how's my boy?" She asked. She was glad to see he was doing well, and he grew a bit stronger, she could tell. She watched him read her book as he sat down and they read together.

"What cannot be seen, felt, or carried?" Person who gets this right I will donate some money to them.

Olympia was standing in the water, letting the waves crash up against her shins when she heard a voice call out behind her. A boy, wearing similar Hufflepuff robes, was running up to her. It wasn't really a run, but not a walk either. It was somewhere in between.

"I'm Olympia." Olympia grinned, looking at the boy. "And, uh, yeah. It's actually the first time I've ever come to this lake in particular, though. I was just exploring the grounds. I heard there was one around here somewhere, and obviously, I've found it. It's nice to meet you too." It was also nice to talk to some other people.

Olympia notices a girl walking alone along the dock. Maybe she'd like to talk. Later, though. She looked like she didn't want to be bothered right now. "Olympia Allman," she added, realizing she hadn't given her full name. "My family used to swim all the time. My old house was by a lake, so this is sort of comforting." She moves her feet in a slow, small kicking motion to feel the water between her toes. She had to hold up her robes awkwardly to keep them from getting wet. She hated to get sentimental; she wasn't that kind of person, but sometimes she just couldn't help it. She sighs, looking out at the horizon.

Arceus just awkwardly looked around, he let the light breeze flow through his messy hair slightly blowing it out of his eyes, he listened to this girl, who had introduced herself had Olympia talk about it being her first time here, "Yep it's the Lake you heard about, well unless there's one I don't know about, it's a nice place though"

He followed the girl's eyes as she scanned behind him and when he turns around spotting another girl but since Olympia just turned back to him he figured he shouldn't mention it, she then started explaining about her old home, to which he also listened carefully to, "That must have been nice, definitely in the hot summers when you're actually melting in the sun" he chuckled as he thought of summer back home in Brighton where he had fans pointed at him at all times to stop himself from getting heatstroke.

He saw her standing in the water so he decided to join her, he took off his robe, leaving his pullover underneath, then after also taking off his shoes and socks off he walked into the shallow water and stood by her, "It's really relaxing just standing in this water, isn't it?" he asked her slowly moving his feet in the water.

"Yeah, it's really nice." Olympia said, watching as Arceus stepped into the water with her. It would've been smart of her to take off her robes, but of course she wasn't thinking of that at the time, was she? So she continued to awkwardly stand there, holding up her robes, unable to shake the feeling that she was out of place. In the presence of a prefect, she felt small. Vulnerable, almost.

"Why else do you like it here so much? And yes, it was wonderful." She made sure to use the past-tense because she didn't venture there anymore. After everybody lost interest, she was forced to stop going. She hoped that someday, she'd be able to find a magical job involving large bodies of water. That way, she could be around two things she loved.

The sun was setting. She didn't quite know the curfews yet, but she knew that she'd have to be in before sundown. The sky was a light, vibrant pink, mixed with different shades of orange, blue, and yellow. Hints of red were found here and there, but not everywhere. The specks in the sky were hard to spot from the ground through the trees, but maybe if they had a better view from the ground, there'd be a better view of the sky.

Arceus watched as Olympia frowned a bit at him, she looked almost a little distant from him, "Hey what's wrong?" he asked with concern in his voice, he saw her look at his Prefect badge for a split second and he got the idea "You don't have to be scared" he said calmly smiling at her, "I'm just another first-year like you, just another person who wants to help people".

He brushed his hair away from over his eyes as she talked, asking him a question about why he liked it here so much which he grinned as he heard her say it, "Well it's simple really.... when I'm out here with the light breeze that's making all the plant sway and the cold air that's making my own breath appear in front of my eyes... Well... I forget, I forget my past, I forget my present, I forget everything bad going on in the world".

He had a shaky smile on his face and his eyes were beginning to turn red as tears threatened to come out, but he quickly wiped them, "That's why I really love it out here" by now the sun was going down and the light of the sunset was coming down through the trees and landing on his face and the surface of water in front of them, "That's beautiful now isn't it" he said as he smiled at Olympia.

Frost had been sitting on the sand at the Great Lake for a while now. She liked the way it made her feel. Calm. Just calming her hyperactive and curious little mind.

She was staring at the smooth ripples in the water, waiting for the sunset. She heard people in the space a  little ways from her. A girl and a boy, and by their robes, she could tell they were both Hufflepuff.

She stood up and dusted herself off to greet them.

As she moved in closer, she could see Arceus, the Hufflepuff prefect she had met a little bit ago. There was a girl there, Olympia Allman. She had heard her name in the small conversation she and Arceus were having.

She wasn't sure if they would recognize her, it was fine if they didn't. Well, at least Arceus should recognize her.

She stands behind them and fiddles with her yellow and black robes.

"Hello! Sorry if I'm intruding. Just say the word and I'll go."

She should introduce herself.

"Oh sorry, I didn't even introduce myself. I'm Frost. Frost Cira! It's nice to meet you! Although I believe I have met Arceus before."

She beamed brightly and awaited the other two Hufflepuff's responses.

Olympia grinned at the girl who'd arrived. It was a grin that had lasted since Arceus was speaking. She had felt the same way about the water. This girl seemed familiar... Maybe she'd seen her in the hallway somewhere? Or maybe at least heard her name somewhere, quite possible in a small conversation between students in the hallway.

"I'm Olympia Allman" she said, adjusting her robes in her hands. She wanted to be comfortable, and reminded of home while she was here, so she still had on a gray Harvard t-shirt underneath her robes and a pair of athletic shorts. It was something she'd typically wear for sleeping, but it was comfortable, and she wouldn't feel as stiff while walking the coridors.

Olympia took off her robes, laying them down on a dry spot of sand. She wasn't that far into the water yet, so it was quite easy to reach the land. Oh, that was right! The girl was in her potions class. "Aren't you in my potions class?" Her question was directed towards Frost. She found her name unique, and frankly, quite pretty. She'd never heard a name like it, and had a soft spot for people with unique names like hers. It seemed like they were destined to meet, at most be friends.

I’m Olympia Allman. Aren’t you in my potions class?
Olympia had taken off her robes and set them on the sand.

“Yes, I believe we did have that class together. I also sat next to you and my friend Howie Tenjen at the great hall.”

Frost decides to copy Olympia and take her robes off too. She was wearing leggings and a short sleeved shirt underneath her robes. Simple, but comfortable.

She unties her low ponytail and runs her hands through her reddish-brown hair. Sighing at the relief it brought, Frost smiles at Olympia.

Her name sounded quite nice actually. She had never met somebody named Olympia before.

Olympia had a certain vibe that made Frost feel relaxed. Or maybe it was the lake.

She couldn’t help but envy her looks. She was gorgeous! She had sparkling, grey eyes and toffee colored tresses that made Frost a little jealous.

”Wow, Olympia. I must say, you look very beautiful! Not to be weird or anything.”

She beams at her, her grey eyes and Frost’s dark brown ones meeting each other.

She stares at the sunset’s array of vibrant colors.

Maybe be she should head back soon. Curfew is a little after sun down. Maybe she could walk back with Olympia and Arceus. They were all Hufflepuff anyways.
