There was not much Koko hated more than being useless, but at the very least, she was glad that no Slytherins had fallen. As far as she was aware, they were no closer to the snitch, and the Hufflepuffs were likely no farther from it, but the least she could hope for was that everyone was still in the air... And they were.

Koko bit her lip to keep herself from flying straight to Dan and begging for him to have her do something useful. 'Useful' depended on what the other team did, though. Defending her goals would only be useful if they went after the Quaffle...

But anything was more useful than a penalty lap. Some of the words running through Koko's mind as she flew about the perimeter of the field almost made her gape in surprise. Her father would have grounded her for a week if he'd heard some of those swear words... But she never said anything out loud, and she was feeling far calmer now, so that had to count for something, right?

She shivered as the wind whipped past her cheeks, hair getting caught in her mouth before she tiredly took it out and gazed around the field, waiting for directions. She gave up with waiting only a moment after she decided to go through with it, and she flew towards Dan.

'Whatever you need,' she told him. 'Just give me something.'

Serena wasn't sure what was up with her, but she was clearly off her game today. It felt like she was just going through the motions and not really contributing to the team. But, suddenly, it was as if she snapped out of whatever funk she had gotten herself in. Yes, the third year was ready now to finally give it her all, even if it was way late in the game. But, hopefully, it was not too late.

Percival could not help but scoff harshly at the boy's words. The boy focused on the game with as much focus as someone could have with a nat buzzing in their ear. He truly could not understand how someone could lack social skills so horridly. His harsh tongue seemed to have little to no effect on the other. It reminded him ever so slightly of Pride. Though, there was one glaringly obvious difference between the two of them. The boy frowned harshly at the other before a small smile formed ever so lightly across his face. "If that is all you are after, I will make sure to give you everything you are asking for later." he said in a cryptic tone. His brain formulated a half-baked idea as he turned away from the boy once more.

Every time she fell, there was a saviour. Not this time which felt unlucky on her part. The bludger knocked her off the broom and she just yelled "No!" in helplessness. The girl out of the game doesn't mean she's lost. They can still win! She can still win! With this thought conquering her head, she plummeted with her eyes closed.

Stanley wasn't sure how to feel about the last round. Teammates were still being knocked off of brooms left right and center. Their chances at winning seemed to be further and further away than ever. Maybe Stan was a curse to the team and ever since he joined their was no chance for them to win until he leaves. The boy shook his head and clenched his fost. They could do it! They could win once again.

Finally the green eyes was back to their own broom. The young Ironwoods now can do anything that they pleased. Well, as pleased as within the boundaries of what they were instructed to do. At this point, Cash did not know how many rounds the game was already in. They looked at the game board. The score remained unchanged.

Hufflepuff still has 20 points lead. From their vantage point, they saw Erin hit the bludger with precision. Her target of trajectory is none other than the Hufflepuff seeker but just like any other Beater that needs to protect the seeker at all cost; the Hufflepuff's Beater, Quinn Healey, is ready to intercept. He swooped down and put himself between the Bludger and the Badger's seeker.

He took the hurt from the metal of death like a champ. Cash averted their gaze when Whitethorn's name was called by the referee. It seems their Co-Captain made a foul and from where Cash was situated the foul caused both Nightshade and Parker to fall to their death without no one catching them.

The green eyes let out a smile from their broom while they watched Nightshade slowly fall to the ground below. Then a realization dawned on them. Procoppio was out ages ago. Now, it is Nightshade's turn. It is mean Hufflepuff's wall of defense up to Healy now. With that thought in their mind, Cash leaned forward on their Silver Arrow when they saw the cannonball.

When they near the iron ball, Cash swings their bat with all their might hoping the Bludger hit their intended target but alas, it seems Healy is once again ready to swoop down and save his little precious of Seeker. Cash let out an annoyed grunt when Healy took the brunt of the blow. They click their tongue and shake their head.

The Cuban descendant sure if Healy keep taking the blow, he will fall down eventually and left Hufflepuff defenseless. The Slytherin's Beater can not wait for that moment to come.

Her blood boiling, she raced off after the seeker with intent to kill (figuratively) but as expected someone anticipated her attack and flew in front of her last minute, saving the seeker. Bent forward, shoulder down and bracing for impact, she put all her force into the pair on the broom. There was not much comparable to the sound of two bodies colliding at high speeds, but she landed a blow and watched not one, but two Hufflepuff players tumble to the ground. "TYRANNI! PENALTY LAP!" It was expected, there was no way her attack would go unnoticed. A few seconds later the sickening thud of their bodies hitting the ground could be heard. Tyranni cringed. This game could be brutal and she wanted to win, but having felt the pain of hitting the ground before, she couldn't help but feel a bit bad. Perhaps she will have to make a visit to the hospital wing post game to check on them and apologize. Nonetheless, Hufflepuff had two less players of the field and that was a good thing. Kicking it into high gear, she began her penalty lap, finishing as quickly as possible.
