It has been three hundred and twenty five years since the Rebellion and four hundred years since the Dark Days. District 13 has definitely been destroyed and bombed all the way down. The remaining District 13 people have been deported to different districts and kept being under close supervision. District 12 has been rebuilt, Katniss Everdeen was captured and publicly executed with the same explosive arrows she used on the planes in District 8. Her body parts were all over. She was executed by Plutairch who laughed in the face of the Rebellion, and after the execution, he squished the rest of the rebellion. Plutarch*, our president from the 76th Hunger Games to the 101st Hunger Games. At the 101st Hunger Games, while Plutarch was watching the game, he was accidently killed, there were no tributes alive by the end of that game because of that.

When Plutairch died, a capital child placed himself as president, he murdered three people just to stay the president. His name was Drast Slist. Drast was angry all the time, he always took it out on District 4 and District 8 when they won the Hunger Games. He married Pewdelidge Glaith, had three children. Two of those children died in Childbirth. The only one that survived, Drast named Slit Slith. He divorced and never married again at the age of one hundred and fifty three years old. When the 358th Games rolled around, he was two hundred and fifty seven years old when his reign was ended. He died at the age of two hundred eighty seven.

His son, Slit Slith is now our president. He rules with an iron fist and kills of a tribute at reaping when unsatisfied with the tribute. He does not want to do that for the 400th Hunger Games, the 13th Quarter Quell. And that is because he signed the Treaty of Treason.

On May 18th, the day before the reaping, he announced, "Because of the friendships made in the third Quarter Quell, one tribute and one victor will be reaped to show friendship does not last." He smiled and then added, "Oh, by the way, our arena has resurfaced! I hope you know latin, you might need it, you might not. The arena is from several thousand years ago, Ancient Europe!"
