It's easy. Just search for the gif you want and click on it till it takes you to the image address itself. Then copy it and put a img tag on it. Simple.

^ Along the lines of Youssuf's advice, I usually right click for the "copy image address" or "open image in new tab" (and then copy the url of the resulting tab).

A good rule of thumb is that the image url you copy/paste wants to have an image extension at the end: .gif, .png, .jpg, and so on. Otherwise the board won't recognize it as an image and will overhaul your img tags to url ones. It's tricky like that sometimes!
