Dear Benny,
You should be around one now, I'm sorry I couldn't make it to your birthday. I don't usually write letters to anyone, but maybe you'd like some letters to read over when you're older, and when your sister was 12. Yep! 12. I'm twelve now! Isn't that nuts? I didn't really tell anyone about it, but like almost a whole month later, my friend Anatole threw me a party! And Eris came too!
Oh, I haven't talked about them, have I? Well, you'd really like Anatole, he's got this bright smile that's contagious. It'd make you laugh. He's like a prince, and he knows how to dance! He's like one of my best friends so far, I don't think I've gotten along with someone so well. I feel kinda bad though, he always manages to catch me when I'm in a bad mood. I don't want that kind of reputation, to be completely honest with you.
Eris is a little bit of a mystery, she's quiet and I haven't seen her that much since the Dancing Lessons (Yes, you heard me right, dancing lessons.) Anyway, I've gotta run, but I'll write to you again, I promise! Don't stress our parents out too much.
