I just... sleep terribly. I slept the other day at 10pm and woke up around midnight and couldn't sleep again till 6-7 am. Today's has just been lying awake in bed for 3 hrs.

Oh dear. Your circadian cycle is definitely thrown off. You need to work on getting back into a regular sleeping pattern.

I typically go to bed around 9 p.m, and it depends if I have school or not when I wake up. On a non-school day, it can be anywhere between 8-11 a.m, and if I have school, I set my alarm for 6 a.m, but I tend to sleep an extra 30 minutes.
