Voting is a good way - you can earn up to 5 points a week if you vote daily. Points come in on Mondays.

Errands are another way - house points can also be the reward for the errands.

Possibly! Give her time to figure it out. Serena has changed her "future job" so many times, based on what interests her at this present time, and it's pretty fun to explore that.

Also if it makes you feel better, Bloom has no idea what she wants to be and she is a fifth year getting ready for her OWLS. So... You have a lot of time to figure that out.

Cody wants to work with Potions. Which is why his obsession when wanting to go against someone is not necessarily a spell, or an attack physically, but more of a desire to pour a potion into someone's food or drink. His current obsession is with the Pompion Potion
