Gwen turned to Victoria when she heard her talk to Gwen. She then looked down a what Victoria was holding. A piece of chocolate? Why was Victoria giving this to her?
"Uhh... sure thanks..." Gwendolyn said as she slowly took the chocolate and popped it into her mouth. She didn't know why Victoria was being so nice to her, but it was kinda nice. It seemed like someone actually cared about her.

"Your name is really long, can I call you Gwen?" Victoria asked, making Gwen look over at her surprised. No one had given her a nickname before. She didn't know what to say to that. "I-I-I guess you can" Gwen said as she looked at Victoria with a small tilt of her head.

They were silent for a long time before Gwen looked over at Victoria again. This time, however, Gwendolyn noticed that Victoria seemed cold. It was cold out here. Gwen was also starting to get cold.

"Would you like to go inside with me Victoria?" Gwen asked as she pushed herself off the railing, "It's cold out here and the castle is much warmer than out here" Gwen said as she turned to look at Victoria.

Victoria was lost in her own thoughts. She lifted her head to Gwendolyn when she realized that Gwendolyn was calling her.

"Would you like to go inside with me Victoria?"
"It's cold out here and the castle is much warmer than out here"

Victoria nodded with a rather broad smile. "Absolutely! It's getting really cold." Having said this, Victoria turned to Anna. She realized how long Anna had not spoken. "Hey Anna, will you come too, it's getting cold outside."

"Hey Gwen!" Victoria called out to Gwendolyn. "I want to ask you something, do you feel like you belong in your building?" Victoria asked curiously.

Of course he had a reason to ask that. Victoria loved the building for which she was chosen. But many were telling Victoria that Ravenclaw was unsuitable, which caused Victoria to search for her own flaws and eventually find it, Ravenclaw was a building for smart people, but although Victoria was smart, her lessons were not very good. Victoria ignored this and listened to Gwendolyn's reply.

Victoria shivered with the wind hitting her body. "I guess we should go inside now, what do you say?" Victoria asked the two girls next to her. "Or we'll die of frostbite." Victoria said jokingly.

Gwendolyn smiled gently when Victoria said that she would like to inside with her. Even though she did not show it, Gwen was happy that she had a friend. Gwendolyn started to walk away when she heard Victoria invited the other girl... Anna... inside. She honestly didn't mind more people joining them and Anna seemed nice.

Gwendolyn turned her head over her shoulder when she heard her name being called. She saw Victoria running up to her. "I want to ask you something, do you feel like you belong in your building?" Victoria asked her what made Gwendolyn look at her. What an odd question to ask.

Gwen shrugged slightly and said, "I guess I don't know though." She honestly didn't know if she belong at Hogwarts at all. "If you talk to anyone from my childhood they probably tell you I would be a Slytherin but maybe I belong in Ravenclaw," she said with a small shrug.

After they were silent for a while they all walked into the castle. It was warmer in the castle. They walked farther into the castle before Gwendolyn took off her coat, exposing her black leather jacket and her doc martens.

"Why did you ask if I belonged in the house I am in?" Gwendolyn asked as she looked at Victoria, "Do you feel like you don't belong in your house?" Gwen asked

Victoria sighed. "I'm pretty happy to be in Ravenclaw." After a pause, Victoria continued. "But most people consider it a mistake that I'm in Ravenclaw, so - I'm not very good at classes." Victoria smiled.

"Let's go inside now! I don't want to freeze." Victoria smiled and walked slowly inside, hoping the others would follow her.

Victoria took another piece of chocolate from her pocket and popped it into her mouth. He took off his beret and whipped the snow off his head. Victoria's eyes widened at the recalled reality. She turned to the two girls. Victoria smiled.

"You guys come in, I came here to draw - I totally forgot."

Victoria went outside again and took out her sketchbook from her bag. She made a few scribbles and, once she was sure, took out her watercolor from her bag. She began to gently paint the paper as well as she could. She closed her eyes while she waited for the paper to dry. She was feeling really tired. Victoria tied her hair back up and smiled at the drying picture, it looked really nice. Victoria looked at the great lake, remembering the day she arrived at Hogwarts. Victoria chuckled. She decided to let her painting dry inside and went inside.
