On a rather mundane and uneventful day at Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry, a trio of students roamed the halls discussing quite possibly one of Hogwarts greatest mysteries. The size of Rosie Parker's forehead. "Is it really, though? Surely her forehead can't be that large. It can't really have its own postal code?" The young Ravenclaw enquired of the two walking beside him. Obviously, the last part was facetious, but he'd heard of the gargantuan size of the Hufflepuff's forehead, the few brief times he'd met the girl, it had never seemed that large though. Maybe her bangs hid it extraordinarily well. That would be quite the strategy. Maybe she wasn't as dumb as she let on... there had to be something in that massive skull, if it really was that big.

Suddenly, as if he'd seen a ghost, Elias stopped in his tracks, sticking both his arms out to bring both Thomas and Valerie to a halt alongside him. She was there, right in front of them. Or well, just down the hallway. Slowly, Eli raised his arm to slightly gesture towards her. "Do you think if I ask nicely she'd lift up her bangs? If not, she isn't very big... I bet we could force her to show us."

"Is it really, though? Surely her forehead can't be that large. It can't really have its own postal code?"
Shaking his head emphatically, Thomas rushed to correct Elias' doubt. "I am incapable of overstating this, I promise you it's one of the largest I've ever seen. She got all sad when Sylvie foresaw that she'd get diabetes, and as she hung her head her bangs started so high up..." Perhaps there was a bit of exaggeration, hyperbole afoot. The young boy had a penchant for dramatics, this was apparent to nearly anyone who spoke to him, but he was particularly passionate about the helicopter landing pad a certain Rosie Parker walked around with on her massive dome. "I swear, it's a £50 Uber from her eyebrows to her receding hairline!" He gestured with his hands for dramatic effect, emphasizing the size by spreading them out as far as his wingspan would allow.

That was, until Elias quickly brought Thomas to a halt, startling him admittedly. The boy raised an eyebrow, unsure of what the hold up was and mildly irked, before he saw where his sworn enemy was pointing--directly at the girl with the projector screen forehead herself. Tom gasped in alarm, immediately quieting down when prompted, not wanting the critiques of her dome to be broadcasted to the girl herself. Sure, Thomas was rude... But not cruel, and he knew the self-esteem of a secondary school girl was fragile enough as is.
"Do you think if I ask nicely she'd lift up her bangs? If not, she isn't very big... I bet we could force her to show us."
"Hmmm... I wonder if I could cast Wingardium Leviosa, but only on her bangs..." Thomas pondered aloud. Quite the predicament the young wizards found themselves in.

Rosie would claim not to be sensitive, but she'd be lying.

That, and she lost count of the people who could definitely debunk that claim. She had been a crybaby since entering Hogwarts. Some people acknowledged that, some people used it to their advantage. Which, if Rosie was an asshole, maybe she would to. But she was nice! She would never make a fool out of herself for humor's sake! Well, that was also definitely a lie. There were some things that were just repeated when her friends did their usual banter, particularly Reid's favorite; her forehead.

Rosie has always had bangs. Her curly locks just fell right over her eyebrows and if needed, she'd pull her hair back. But she always went again this, because apparently her massive dome was simply too shiny for this world. When Reid mentioned it when they were little, it was all Rosie could think about for ages. She had even considered wearing a hat or something that would cover it. But then Rosie figured that there were probably worse things than a big forehead. Like a big nose, or something visible like that. If she had bangs, who would be seeing her, really?

And, as Rosie got older, she started using the things people made fun of her for as party tricks. Imagine, you make fun of someone and they start crying. Especially someone who's sixteen. That's incredibly embarrassing! So, Rosie had decided to own her peculiar qualities, and eventually she stopped hating them all together. She had bigger things to focus on, like Quidditch, homework, and being Reid's very reliable wingman, who definitely wasn't more interested in the girls than he was.

Aside from that, Rosie was not involved in the gossip of her China-sized forehead. Instead, the girl was walking down the corridors of Hogwarts with her cat, Magnus. Even though she wasn't a prefect, she had a habit of walking the halls when she got antsy. The girl was a bit bored of studying, and it was important to keep her legs moving! Sadly for Elias and Thomas, Rosie's bangs were in front of her eyes. So if they wanted a look at forehead that could probably house multiples families and businesses in it's space, they'd have to try a little harder.

Though, upon recognizing Thomas, Rosie simply rose a hand and smiled! She didn't know who Elias was, but she didn't keep up with the third years much. She had older friends, hanging around younger kids too much was just embarrassing. Rosie was simply their tutor, but she ran into Sylvie frequently, mostly because the little menace probably lived to bother Rosie. She wondered what she did to deserve this life... Being a glorified babysitter. She wasn't even a prefect anymore! Well, that was besides the point. Unless she was approached, the girl carried on with orange ca tin her arms.
