Broom crash accident injury
There was a smell that slowly woke up Hildegard Schneider from her little coma, or rather the little nap.
The smell of medical potion, with that smell there was no mistaking it, she understood that she was in the Hospital Wing, as she opened her eyes she noticed that she was in a bed.
And her memory got back to her, last thing she remembered was her speeding up in the flying class, with the help of her broom for disable.
It was a broom which had roots on it's bottom that just grabbed her leg in order to help her fly even with her walking difficulties.
From what Hilda remembered, her excitement of being able to move so fast again got into her, leading her to speed way too much and from what she remember another student got in her way, leading her to a massive crash.
Hildegard tried to look around, how long had she been here ? She did not know it, maybe a few hours ? minutes ? or maybe days ? or worst.
The first thing she did however was trying to diagnosticate herself, her head was hurting but it did not seem like there was anything else, her legs still felt okay.
With that out of the way she looked for her wand, which was just sitting on a furniture nearby, the disable kid took it and her whistle she also saw on the same furniture.
Hildegard paused, trying to get as much concentration as possible.
-Tunc Sibilus.
The whistle turned into a watch with some difficulty, but it turned well enough for it to be functional.
- 16:00, so maybe we are just the same day She thought while looking at the badly transfigured watch.

Phoenix gained consciousness but did not dare to open her eyes. Her head felt like it was vibrating and spinning at the same time. She didn't want to make it worst so she decided that keeping her eyes closed and away from strong light was best. She tried moving parts of her body though; just to check if they were alright. She moved one finger at a time, then her wrists and gradually moved bigger parts. She came to the conclusion that nothing was broken or that it had been healed. However, she did have a lot of muscle pain, mostly in her wrist. Most of the pain was in her head and on her right shoulder, probably from an impact. An impact! That's when it came back to her! She had been in a broom accident. This girl in her class flew right into her at full speed. It was now so vivid in her mind. She could remember seeing her coming, feeling frightened, feeling-
-Hey is there someone? She heard.
She hesitated. What if it was someone with bad intentions she thought. It's probably just the other girl though. I doubt she would have saved herself a trip to the hospital wing after that accident.
-Umm yes... She finally admitted. Who are you?

The walking stick girl lied just so she could keep herself from any kind of trouble or anything, so it was better to keep her identity secret.
She knew that Maggie would be the perfect criminal anyway, she was probably the kind of girl to speed the hell out with her broom, not the disable girl she was.
She got under her sheet, with some chance the girl she crashed with did not get time to see how she looked like, so she would just wait and take the occasion to leave without being seen.
-Are you alright ? You really should watch where you're going with your broom, I had the broom priority and you got in my way, someone could get disable with a crash like that you know She blamed her.
Hilda blamed Phoenix as she simply considered that she had the broom priority, after all she was the one that went the fastest, so it would have been harder for her to stop herself, thus it was Phoenix who should have been more careful, not her.
-What's your name and house by the way? I am a Slytherin Hildegard asked.

Maggie Hawkins. The name didn't ring a bell but it's not like Phoenix knew many people. It takes her time to open up to people.
Was this girl being serious? Who's the one that flew right into someone else? At the speed she was going she had to start from a far away distance to gain speed. From that distance she had time to spot where I was and change her direction. Unless she was sure I would move or too self centered to care.
- I'm fine no thanks to you. Broom priority? Really? I'm pretty sure that from the distance you started at you had time to see me. You just assumed that I would move even though I had been parked there longer and you knew it. So, this brings me to the conclusion that you're just... she stopped herself before she went too far. She had the bad habit of over analyzing situations. Maybe the girl's intentions weren't bad, maybe Phoenix's paranoia was getting to her. She usually wasn't this impulsive but she usually didn't have a spinning head.
- I'm a Ravenclaw. She answered after calming down and remembering the questions Maggie had asked as well. She was well aware that she was leaving one question unanswered but she wasn't ready to reveal her identity yet.

-So you believe it is my fault ? If you are going slow then fly underneath, you know at the beginner level altitude ! And what were you about to say ? At least have the guts to say it ! I will tell you what I think ! This attempt on my life, that could have left me scarred, you did it on purpose, because us Slytherin have been leading in house point for a while now, so you probably did it for revenge or something. She retort.
It was strange, it was known that it was Gryffindor the mortal enemy of Slytherin but ever since she was at Hogwarts it seemed like it was actually Ravenclaw.
Hildegard wasn't really pissed but she just had an idea, she would be trolling the Ravenclaw girl.
-Hey listen I'm sorry okay ! It was just been a bad day, we're probably both at fault, maybe I'm the only one at fault here She faked.
Hildegard had gave up the idea of keeping her face identity a secret as it seemed like the girl really did not know her, even by face and there did not seem to have any intention of further conflict or anything.
So the disable girl got out of her bed, and fell down as normally as her disability would allow her.
-Oh by Merlin's beard ! I...I think my leg is broken or something like that ! I can hardly move it ! She claimed while getting up and limping back to her bed.

- Oh so this is how it's going to be then. Well I was going to say you are just a self centered.. she got cut off by Maggie's apology. Phoenix found it quit odd that Maggie had such a quick change of heart. Normally she would love to hear someone say that she was right but it was so sudden that it took Phoenix by surprise.
All of a sudden, the Slytherin girl tried standing up but collapsed to the floor. Phoenix gasped and stood up. She was out of balance for a second, her vision got blurry and her head screamed at her. Opening her eyes a couple minutes ago had been painful but standing up so abruptly was too much. Phoenix didn't care, she rarely cared about how she felt when someone else was in need. She pushed through the pain and walked to Maggie's bed to help her sit back down. She supported her with her left hand that had the sore wrist. Phoenix inhaled sharply at the excruciating pain coming from her wrist. Her eyes were watering but she held it in for the sake of her ego. She might have put aside her frustration to help the girl but she still wasn't ready to cry in front of her.
- Um are you ok? I'm not a doctor, I don't know what to do. Should I get Brumby? Her voice wanted to crack but Phoenix didn't let it. She was starting to panic at the thought that the girl might be severely hurt and worst, it might have actually been her fault. She hated the feeling of being useless and being unprepared. She looked around the room nervously and tried to think of a solution but she could barely hear her own thoughts through the thumps in her head and the pain that resonated from her wrist.

while carefully replacing herself on the bed and making sure her "injured" leg was visible.
-I am not a doctor but it honestly feel like something that is going to heal soon. Anyway, if that is the case, can I ask you to help me ? I am sorry if it bother you but you know, at least you seem okay. She asked to Phoenix while making a little bit of pressure into her.
-Well I guess I am Maggie now, I wonder how long I can pretend all of that before she understand, the disable Slytherin wondered.
-Which make me thin, I still don't know who you are, are you scared that I will issue a complain or what ? Because I definitely could you know ? The girl added, trying to measure how much her assaulter consider to be responsible for what happened.
Hildegard would really have liked to have someone to carry her stuff around it would be so handy, even if had her own trick to carry her book which was constantly making them smaller then bigger before using them.
Someone to just carry them would be way better, someone like Phoenix maybe.

Phoenix felt relieved when Maggie said it would probably heal soon. If this wasn't the case, Phoenix wouldn't have been able to live with herself. She took in a deep breath as her heart returned to a normal speed. She looked at Maggie when she asked for help. When you think about it, it would only be fair. Maggie has an injured leg while I just have a broken wrist. And it kind of was my fault... wait. It wasn't my fault?! She's getting in my head! Unless it is my fault... She didn't answer her question but when she had finally decided to accept, Maggie spoke again.
Yes actually. That and I don't want you doing anything to hurt me or finding out private stuff about me. Wait? A complaint? Is this girl serious? What complaint? That I didn't bow down and kiss her boots. No way! I'd like to see her try.
- Look Maggie. I'm not here to make any enemies. Although that's pretty much what this is but whatever. If your leg really is broken, then sure, I will help you because I am human and unlike some people in this world, I'm not selfish. However, I will not let you toy around with me like if I am lower class. I am not your slave, I am helping you. Are we clear on that? Phoenix declared. Guilt is a feeling she feels a lot but she wasn't about to show it. She wants Maggie to heal, get this over with and move on. This school was supposed to be a new beginning. Not a "let's make enemies again".

-You will be fine, it's only temporary, the girl lied while not confirming to Phoenix that she would not be treated as a slave.
Hilda had totally the intention of taking advantage of the girl as much as she couldo
She only had to be careful about two things, leaving this place before anyone she might know would expose her, and pretend that her name was Maggie everytime they were together.
If she did so she would get a free walking bag around Hogwarts.
Schneider did have a walking luggage but it was too big for only a few books, not to mention she could use Phoenix for other things too, as long as her imagination would allow it.
-Okay this is settle then, I will whenever I need to or ask you to. She concluded.
-I will leave now I got a few things to do, the nurse will probably come back at me or something anyway She said while grabbing her walking stick.
The Slytherin looked around to see if she could go without being noticed by any adult or people who might know her, and then proceeded to leave the Hospital Wing trying to look as unsuspicious as possible.
