Snowball Fight! Abandoned

Winter.
Winter was Victoria's favorite season. Who wouldn't love winter? Snow, thick sweaters and hot chocolates. Victoria's favorite trio. Victoria loved to build a snowman or play snowballs every winter. But doing these things at Hogwarts was not easy. According to Victoria, most thoroughbreds didn't know anything about the game.

Victoria was sitting in her dorm on a beautiful winter's day, looking out. She was pretty bored. She saw a boy making a snowball. She grabbed a scarf and beret and ran outside. She chuckled as she looked at the pureblood's surprised face. She threw snowballs in their faces.

She also invited his friends Amy and Will to a snowball fight, but they were busy. Victoria was okay and focused on finding the boy who started the "Snowball Fight". A short time later, she saw the black-haired boy she assumed was Gryffindor. No one looked like they were participating in a snowball fight. Victoria smiled slyly and started making as many snowballs as she could.

Victoria's plan was to throw all her snowballs at the Gryffindor boy. Victoria always liked to sneak up. Sometimes he would throw snowballs at passers-by, and their surprised faces amused Victoria. But when she accidentally threw the snowball at someone who knew the game, the boy had snowballs on Victoria.

Victoria didn't care and focused on making the snowballs and throwing them at the boy. 5 -When she had made 10 snowballs, she lifted them with a her hand and threw them all to the Gryffindor boy.

Thursday 6^th January 2022

Lily left the Owlery and went for a walk outside, not wanting to go back to her dorm right away. She had mixed feelings about the letter she'd just received from her family. She was glad to get news but the letter only reminded her that she was no longer with them, but far away and more alone than ever in Hogwarts. She loved the castle but since she'd returned, she felt lonely here. She missed her home, her family, her best friend... everything. Besides she hated winter. December was okay cause she could get excited over Chritmas activities and forget everything else... But January and February were always the hardest months for her. The days were short, dark, the weather freezing and she felt lonely. Especially since it reminded her of that first winter she'd spent without her father... The car accident had happened a few days into the year... A cold dark January day. The older she grew, the more blurred and distant the memories of her father became. But she would never forget this day.

"I should get back to my dorm before I freeze here" Lily thought. As she started walking, something hit her in the head. The sensation of cold was the first thing she felt, she turned around to find out where it had come from. It was easy because the person responsible had just shouted "Snowfight!" and had a new snowball in his hands that he was about to throw in her direction. She dodged it by taking a quick step to the side and walked towards the boy, a Gryffindor according to his robes. The feeling of snow dripping down her neck and making her feel even colder than before was enough to scream at the stranger: "Seriously WHAT is wrong with you?!? Do you often randomly attack people you don't know?"

At this moment, two dozens of snowballs came floating in the air directly at the boy. Lily looked in their direction and she saw this girl, a fellow Ravenclaw according to her scarf, wand pointed at the snowballs, smiling. Luckily for Lily, she was far enough away from the Gryffindor that the snowballs didn't hit her, and seeing the boy who had upset her attacked in this way made her laugh. "Not looking so smart now, are you?" she muttered, not caring whether if he would hear it or not.

Simon rolled his eyes at the girl's reaction. Did she not know what a 'snowball fight' was? Sheesh. "Who put pepper in your lemonade today? I didn't even hit you. Let me fix that real quick." he said, packing up snow and tossing it at her again. If she wanted him to stop, she was going to have to actually participate.
As he was getting ready to throw another snowball, he felt snow slam into his back like someone had tossed an extra large snowball He slowly turned around and saw a Ravenclaw girl holding a wand, smiling.
Now these were the types of people whose competition he actually liked. He grinned at her, then began to throw snowball after snowball at her. Simon didn't play nice when it came to snowball fights. To him, the only rule is that you weren't allowed to throw ice balls. Those hurt a lot- and besides, this was a snowball fight, not an iceball fight. In Simon's opinion, it should be illegal to throw those at people.
Simon heard the girl mumble "Not looking so smart now, huh?" which made Simon's ears turn red. Why was she insulting his intelligence when she was the one who thought Simon would get mad over having snowballs thrown at him during a goddamned snowball fight?
Also, no one insulted Simon's intelligence, ever.
Simon scowled and asked the girl angrily, "That was supposed to happen. This is a snowball fight, not a snowball one-person-throws-while-you-hide-like-a-coward. So are you going to participate or are you going to get out of the way?" He kneeled down to make some more snowballs to throw.
When Simon got up to toss another snowball, he saw another Gryffindor girl throw snowballs with a levitating spell at the annoying Ravenclaw. Simon giggled, then threw another snowball at the girl. "Not looking so smart now, are you, Ravenclaw?" he sneered, making some more snowballs to toss at the girls.

Victoria made some more snowballs and threw them at a girl in front of her. She knew it was Eve Hopper, Victoria hid her face when she saw the snowball launcher staring at her, but the snowball didn't come. She was relieved when she saw that the snowball had gone to someone else. The Gryffindor boy threw snowballs at Victoria, but most of them did not come. Victoria laughed at this. After Victoria threw the snowball, she spotted a familiar Ravenclaw girl next to her Gryffindor son. When She looked carefully, she saw that the girl was Lily. Victoria knew because she asked her for help. Her help really worked.

Victoria tucked her wand in her pocket and wrapped her scarf tightly around her neck. Even though they didn't talk much to each other, he sent Lily a beautiful smile. In fact, Victoria had only made 2 friends in her first year. Deciding not to think any further, Victoria moved towards the two in front of her. "Hi!" she said. She looked at the boy she had just thrown the snowball at. She didn't regret the snowballs she threw. After all, she started the war, right?

"How are you?" Victoria asked cheerfully. she asked. Actually, Victoria wasn't doing well, she got a bad grade for her hardworking homework. But she stared at the two of them in front of her, unnoticed. She introduced herself without waiting for an answer. "I'm Victoria! Nice to meet you!"

"So what was your name?" Victoria asked this question, which is more geared towards Gryffindor children. Then she popped a piece of chocolate from her robe into her mouth. Victoria waited for an answer as she looked around to make sure no snowballs landed.

"I dunno if you were asking me, but I'm Youssuf. Gryffindor. Lovely to meet you. Now that the pleasantries are over, LET'S SNOWBALL!"

Victoria was startled by the voice behind her. She smiled at the boy, but frowned and laughed as two snowballs landed on her stomach.


"By the way, Simon, you're a Gryffindor, yeah? Nice to meet you. Lemme give you some advice. Mix your snowballs with dirt, the snow packs harder. Also it makes a bigger mess."

She heard Victoria Youssuf advising Simon, whose name she had just learned, and wanted to try it. She pulled her wand from her robes, she. She made a few snowballs and threw them at Yusuf with his back turned. "YOU'VE BEEN HİT BY YOUR OWN TACTİC YOUSSUF!" "AND NİCE TO MEET YOU TOO!"said Victoria, laughing.

She then moved to avoid eating the snowball and threw a soft snowball at Lily, the only person in her building. She walked away so Lily wouldn't notice her and hid behind a tree. She started to make snowballs by mixing the snow with the soil with her hands

Victoria continued to throw snowballs at the Gryffindor girl beside them, hoping they wouldn't notice her. And she started making more snowballs. She was unaware that she was making a snowball by coming out from behind the tree.

Before she knew what was happening, a bunch of other students had joined the snowfight. The girl that had thrown 20-something snowballs at the annoying Gryffindor boy introduced herself as Victoria before asking: "So what was your name?" It was hard to understand who she was asking the question to, Lily just knew it wasn't her because they'd met before. But everyone answered and Lily tried to catch all of the names: the Hufflepuff guy said he was Dave and introduced the annoying Gryffindor as Simon, before the latest guy who had joined said he was Youssuf.

Then all of a sudden Lily received a ton of snow, probably thanks to a Levitation Charm. She looked behind her and spotted a Gryffindor girl just as Annoying Simon asked her: "Not looking so smart now, are you, Ravenclaw?" Ugh. This boy was definitely getting on her nerves. But although she was still angry at him for dragging her into this snowfight against her will, she didn't really have a choice now. She made a snowball and threw it at the first person in her line of sight, Dave.

She heard Youssuf giving an advice to Simon and Victoria hitting him with a snowball while screaming: "You've been hit by your own tactif Youssuf!" which made Lily laugh. That girl was smart. Then Lily got hit by a really hard snowball on her shoulder but when she looked behinf her, she couldn't see anyone. She ran, trying as best she could to avoid the snowballs that were flying from all sides. She managed to get behind Youssuf and threw two snowballs at him. "Hey, I don't think I've had time to introduce myself, I'm Lily" she said with a smile, running before he could reciprocate her attack.
