Clair had gotten a plan, she had Owled @Cody Stevenson with a very odd and short letter, if he wanted to come he could, if he decided not to then oh well, she would be alone in causing terror to the tower.
The letter had simply said:
And maybe Cody, if he came would have a plan to stay under the radar, she was now wearing an old pair of jeans and a old ragged black shirt, she had a bag with her, of things to use, now she just had to wait for Cody to come, and hope he did come.

@Youssuf Baid @Clair FernandezCody smirked. His owl he recived? He had a major plan. It may be nearly christmas, but it was hilarious. His thought was leading him to want to go somewhere. Nigel ran this art of the tower, but then again, so did the Ravenclaws, as this was also their tower. So who knows for sure who runs the tower? Oh wait, Ravenclaw runs the west tower with the owls... but the headmaster also lies here... it would be dangerous! Terrifying indeed!
But Cody? He had a subbordinate heart. He was going to do what he felt was rigt, even if it wasn't of course, the boy could be stupid. It's possible that he would be sent back to his Hufflepuff Dorm, but Cody actually listening? No. He still had to come to astronomy classes.
He stomped in until he was next to the person who must've sent him the letter, the letter of disaster, the letter of chaos. "So... you the person who sent the letter? I thought about sending the owl back and sending Darksea to find the person who wrote that letter to me. Is there someone else who will join?" Cody asked, not knowing what all will happen.

Clair seen Cody coming up and felt relived, "So you came, thank goodness! I was hoping you would."
"yes I am the person who sent it, you were the only person I could think of who could do the job right. I'm not sure, i never invited anyone else."
She looked at him, "Now my plan is, well as the owl said to make a mess, and I want to do it in a effect way, so the first task is getting the door down without showing that it was opened, do you know the unlocking spell?" She asked hoping he did, it would make life a lot easier.
"we should have a plan too, any ideas?" She watched Cody, to see if he showed any signs of ideas, that was when she got the idea, "We could each take a side and then work our ways toward each other, but if you've got a better idea then shoot."
She looked around in hopes of making sur no one was near, "I can use Tarantallegra to make things move, that would be entertaining enough too, we could also burn some things, if we felt it was ok to do so, but I don't completely agree with that." She said slowly while she thought

@Clair FernandezCody smiled. His brows furrowing with immense happiness. Of course Cody knew the unlocking charm, AND the locking charm. He thought for a minute as Clair was talking about making objects dance and the possibility for fire. He knew he brought a vial, a potion. It was the Forgetfulness Potion, should anyone come in while they're wrecking havoc. Should he give it to Clair and let her get in trouble? Nah, let her be at fault for this. It was her idea after all.
"Alohomora." The part goblin said, making a "S" shape with his wand, towards the door. A ultimate fail. How- well- WHAT was the right way of casting the Unlocking Charm? He said it correct- oh good god, it's horrid. He made a S shape as how its written but didn't trace it backwards.
He repeated. "Alohomora." And again, made the wand movement, this time, making it a backwards S. The door clicked, and opened. It was no longer locked.
"Happy now? Wait! Do you not know Flintifors? According to what I learned in Transfiguration, Flintifors turns your targets into matches. Would that be a good idea?" Cody said, his mouth now a little crooked in a menacing way.

Even though Nigel said so, his tone was far from friendly and helpful. In fact, it was stern and rather cold instead.
If the Hufflepuff boy and the Ravenclaw girl turned around to face him, they would see the Astronomy teacher lean against the doorway, his back straight - like how he very often did when he wanted others to realise that he was not to be messed up with - and both hands put inside his jeans' pockets. His face was very serious as well, and far from friendly.
Even if the two pupils would not, they ought to have known that their teacher was not pleased with their behaviour. Unlike most professors, Nigel usually addressed his students by their given names, unless if they had just done (or were doing) something he disapproved, in which case he would use their surnames to grab their attention faster.
Nigel remembered all of his students, their names and faces and years. But it was particularly applicable when a pupil interacted much with him, be it through answering many questions in class, visiting him outside class during his office hours, or being caught breaking school rules. Both Clair Fernandez and Cody Stevenson happened to belong to the last category, at least according to the Astronomy professor's assesment.
Whether or not they would turn around to face him, Nigel continued speaking to them, "I know you two know better than to entering the Astronomy Tower without permission. We haven't even discussed about breaking into the classroom; I'm positive I locked this door before leaving. Now back to your dorms, both of you. Don't make me start on the list of your rule-breaking records. Or should I report this to Professors Iwasaki and Browne?"

OC: I rolled a d100 die to determine whether or not Nigel notices the kids are there. At the end, the result was 59, so Cody and Clair are caught.

The boy jumped as the professor spoke. Did he really just pop up out of nowhere? This was treacherous. TREASON! A PROFESSOR BETRAYED CODY! No wait... that wasn't the professor. Someone had to give him away, someone.... perhaps a snitch! A loud exclamation would be heard.
"Sorry... Read... but uh- I'm absolutely positive the door wasn't locked."
It's too bad the boy didn't learn Oblivious, otherwise he'd be using it every day!
Knowing the professor caught them, but wanting to cause a little mischief before he gets in trouble just for the alleged "break in" even though Cody cast the unlocking charm on it.
Before Cody ever did anything, he turned to Clair, starting to utter a few words barely audible. "I thought he wasn't coming til later! So we could get out!"
A groan, a grumble, then Cody decided to attempt what he should've done before the Professor approached him October 21st. Leave. But that wouldn't work now, would it? No. He had to stay.
Suddenly, a brilliant idea came to Cody's head! He woul- nah.
Cody was all out of brilliant ideas it seemed. So the young part goblin laid down on the ground, started flailing his limbs and pounded and kicked the floor yelling. "IT WASN'T MY FAULT PROFESSOR!" The boy cried, the tears clearly fake.

Clair turned around to look at the professor, really? He had to come before we had just a little fun? she thought sourly, but her face stayed calm a trick she had mastered in muggle school.
"Ok, how do you remember us? There are thousands of students here and you remember us? Wow" she muttered, her voice soft.
She looked at Cody, was it the fact that she and Cody had unlocked the door that had alerted this professor? Did he set it up like the charms class was? With a detector?
She sighed and made eye contact with the professor who was leaning against the door, she raised an eyebrow, "So that is what your doing, Black mailing us into doing what you want? Making us fear you'll tell our heads of houses, and make a list? I don't fear either, at Muggle school my list was what? Three feet long? I'm a handful when I want to be." She smirked, it was true, she neither feared her head of house or a list, the list at muggle school had only been long because of spirts of magic that Clair had not been able to control, but the professor need not to know that.
Well the drama started when Cody threw himself on the floor and had a tantrum, in which Clair broke eye contact with Mr. Read and looked at Cody with a what-are-you-doing Look on her face, all the germs on the floor and Cody was throwing himself into them? Gross, Clair could do poop and mud and all other things, but really? The little ting germs? Nope.
"get up Cody, at least clean the floor before laying on it"
