Hey Mercy! If you want someone to be tagged, you can't just use the @ sign on this site. You have to put [mention][/mention]. You'll notice the whole name turns a different color when you do this, which is kind of a signal to show you it will notify the person.

Thats true, also consider spelling the name accurately (upper or lower case doesn't matter)
