Loki held Waltee pinned down, a paw on his eye and another on his shoulder. The orange feline stood tall and gave a low, wanring growl to the fellow feline.

Meanwhile, Henry looked between the teo first year's trying to decide what happened as he took a few steps toward the girl on the ground. Covering her face. Until he heard her words. The third year frozen when he was, staring at the girl and not reslly believing a word that she said.

Henry knows Avery. The first yesr is his bunk mate, his friend. Someome he trusted wirh his fury secret and he rose a eyebrow at the thought of Avery punching someone or destroying their things without a reason.

Henry turning in Avery's direction, listening to his words. The third year finally understood the story there. The first year girl was the one who destroyed Avery's violin, Henry remembered the boy retelling him the event perhaps just as upeset as he is now.

The girl also wanted her cat to eat a pygmy puff? Henry looked at the girl, that is certainly strange. The teen pounded the question why would anyone want their pet to eat another student's pet. The thought just sounded awlful.

Turning his eyes back to Avery, so he did punch the girl but listening to his voice Henry could tell there wasn't any violence or bad intention it. If there was then Henry was blocking that part out as Henry placed a hand on Avery's shoulder and rose another toward the girl who Avery called Hilda.

"Everyone calm down, just breath. We can figure this out, no need for shouting or phycial attacks," Henry spoke turning from Avery to Hilda as he was about to call Loki off the grey cat when the girl's voice cut him off.

Henry watched the girl retreat and run off, the third year took a few steps after her as he called"wait! You left your cat, please no one will punch you just come back for them," however the teen watched the small girl leave with a cane, blue gaze moving toward the pinned feline. Feeling bad for the thing, his onwer just left him there.

The teen mourned the thought for a momenr before walking toward Avery who now sat on a rock talking to his pygmy puff. Henry kneel down, sitting on his knees in front of the first year as he spoke"are you alright?" Henry would look over his bunk mate carefully as Loki took note that Walter's onwer left.

Loki rises his paws and pounced down, aiming his claws for the grey cat's neck as he let out a low hiss.
Loki pins down Walter...again

Walter's Strength: [d20:2]
Loki claws at the grey feline, pinning him again. Loki didn't appear like letting go of them anytime soon, letting out another low growl. Henry looked over at his orange feline, a light whistle flowed from his mouth and Loki let the cat go.

Loki chased the grey feline away, far from the the group. Stopping at the edge and producing a loud hiss to warn the fellow f9r future moments.

Loki trotted back toward the group, sitting down besides Henry. The orange feline carefully moved closer to Eddy, attempting to touch his forehead to his own.

Henry smiled at them before turning toward Avery as he spoke"technically you both are in the fault, next time maybe don't result to punches as quickly." The third year refuse to take sides but he did know Avery longing resulting in his mind siding with the young lad and looking after him before thr first yesr girl.

Henry stood his feet, placing a hand on Avery's shoulder as he asked"is Eddy alright? Calmer than before?" the teen looked around the grounds befire back at the girsy year removing his hand as he spoke"the sun's going down, dinner should be soon. Uh, want to go?" the teen directed toward Avery if he agreed then Henry would walk with him toward the hall and away from the grounds with Loki following the trio (Eddy included) close behind.

If he didn't then Henry would wait by Avery and Eddy, waiting for them to leave first then follow the them back inside the castle with Loki following.

At Henry's request that everyone breathe, Avery took a deep breath to calm his nerves after explaining what had happened. The outrageousness of Hildegard's behavior was still fresh in his mind. However, the pale girl soon took off into the distance, as quickly as her disabled leg would allow. Avery hardly took any notice that she had just ditched her own cat while escaping the scene. Though if he did, he would've frowned upon it; he considered himself Eddie's protector, after all.

"Are you alright?" He looked up from the frightened Puff in his lap to Henry's concerned blue eyes. His bunkmate was always so caring and kind. Somehow, he knew that he could always rely on Henry. He gave the older boy a weak smile and a brief nod, a bit too dazed for words. Now that the entire fiasco was over, it was as if all the strength had left his body. All the adrenaline that had fueled his veins suddenly left a sodden weight behind, dragging him down into a melancholic daze.

As Loki came closer to Eddie, he let the orange feline rest his forehead against his own, as if to say 'thank you'. The purple Puff stilled his shaking body, and relaxed in Avery's hands. He knew that he was among friends and family now. All was safe and sound.

"Technically you both are in the fault, next time maybe don't result to punches as quickly," Henry said. Oh right, he had just punched Hildegard Schneider. He stared at his right hand, which had thrown the damaging blow. He didn't know that he had it in him to punch somebody; he surely didn't consider himself to be a particularly violent or physical person. But it seemed that some sort of emotion had taken over him in the heat of the moment, and he wanted nothing more than to give Hildegard a nice hard whack for all the terrible things she did and likely wanted to continue to do if she hadn't been knocked off her feet and if Loki hadn't swooped in to save them. He just wanted it all to stop. Would she ever learn her lesson?

"I know..." he said, voice trailing off as he massaged his right hand with his left. "It's not a good look, is it? Punching a disabled girl?" He paused a moment, replaying the scene in his mind's eye. "I just felt such a rush of anger, and almost like I couldn't control my body. Have you ever felt that way...?" he asked, musing, but not really expecting an answer. Avery was also mumbling his words quietly at this point; the words were mostly for himself as he processed his thoughts and feelings. The wind could easily have swept them away, into the icy cold.

Eddie snuggled against his lap, burrowing himself in, drawing Avery back into the present. "Yup, at least Eddie has calmed down," he answered in response to Henry's question about how the Puff was faring. At the mention of dinner, Avery nodded. He could really use a nice warm soup right now, to bring some life back into his body. It was also getting chilly, with the sun going over the horizon. Avery took one last glance at the quidditch pitch in the distance, and got to his feet, tucking Eddie back into his pocket as he did so.

He was among friends now, and that was all that mattered.
