Yup, it is. She has noodle arms. Her first FC had noodle arms and she didn't exercise at all sooo yeahhhh... it happened.

Fair. Noodle arms aren't a terrible thing, though. You have greater strengths in other things.

To be honest, I had no clue what I was doing with stats when I first began. I just made sure they made it to the right number and hoped for the best

I just kept mine ic for her. Her Stamina was also low cos she didn't do any exercise. Over the years, she started to play sports so it increased. Likewise her wisdom has gone up slowly etc.
