I should open up something where people can get certain phrases or actions "copyrighted" for themselves. Maybe anyone who uses the copyright other than the owner should pay the owner?

How would you enforce that? Apart from the fact that staff does not moderate shops, you can't make people pay others for using phrases. So this idea is probably impossible to realize
