While I agree... think about how many things we wouldn't be able to pick on in the series because of it being poorly done? We wouldn't have anything to bash on and actually have a good reason for it. Plus, it would've been out of character if it was done well. I mean, look at this series!

yeah he would have - he was 11 and someone broke down his door and told him he had magical powers; he probably would have made some bogus excuse about avenging them. no 11 year old boy would turn down magic for ethics

Wouldn't have happened. If it did, they would've ended up being misrepresented and probably been a victim of abuse. Just saying, Rowling wasn't the best with representation and POC don't need that stain of stereotypes.

While Hermione may have had the smarts to be in Ravenclaw, she also had a lot of bravery and heroicness, which caused her to be in Gryffindor.

Lockhart is the most stupid Ravenclaw. Change my mind.

He was smart enough to hunt down the greatest wizards, get their achievements in detail, then erase their memory.

Hermione was more important to Voldemort's death than Harry was. Change my mind.

Voldemort was extremely powerful, and while Hermione had a huge role in taking him down, Harry was the chosen one, and Hermione couldn't have done anything without the traits and skills he had that effected Voldemort and killed him.

Harry Potter is obnoxious and self-centred. Change my mind.
