Train to Somewhere
Asteria had rarely been on a train and never before had been on one by herself. As silly and unreasonable as it sounded, she was more nervous about going on a train without her halmeoni1 than the whole actual concept of going off to a magic school. The reasoning? This train had folds upon folds of magical children who were in that middle range of the outside world yet in school. As far as many students were concerned the train was free real estate as a place to use magic. And these were all students... did a part of the train ever explode? It seemed plausible. At least school had actual professors to help students with magic.
"선생님 말 잘 들어, 알았지? 열심히 일하고 어리석은 일을 하지 마십시오,2" Asteria's grandmother scolded, patting down Asteria's uniform which she had changed into before leaving the house. Asteria nodded submissively at the older woman, memorizing the lines and curves of her aging face. It would be until Christmas when she would see her halmeoni1 again and that was the longest she'd been away from her grandmother since she started living with her nine years ago.
"네, 할머니,3" answered Asteria, patting her trunk behind her. "I got it." She's got this. Asteria kissed her grandmother's cheek once more before she dragged her trunk onto the train with much effort. She wasn't the strongest girl out there after all but she knew she had to get on the train earlier than others as if she didn't the short girl would find herself lost in the sea of tall and older students. Plus, she actually wanted a compartment on the train after all.
She enlisted the help of an older student4 wearing a blue and bronze scarf to help her get her trunk up above in her compartment, thanking them before they left. She made herself comfortable in the seat nearest to the window as she rested her elbow on the bottom frame and her cheek on her closed fist as she looked out the clear glass. She watched many students say their farewells to their family and others happily greet their friends for the first time in a while. She was sure someone—fellow first-years probably—would ask to sit with the young girl in the big, almost empty compartment, but she could only wonder what kind of person would walk through that door.

Train to Somewhere
It wasn't that Alexander didn't care about his family it was just sometimes they were too much. The loud family had gathered in their house to throw a farewell party before Alex's departure. Currently standing in front of the Hogwarts train his mother was giving him on more rundown. He checked his luggage to make sure he had packed everything on the list and wasn't missing anything. "Alex I'm serious I don't want any shenanigans from you. Take your studies seriously and most of all write home once in a while." she adjusted his cloak and moved his hair a little.
"I'm sorry your father couldn't make it there was a problem at his workplace." nodding his head he knew he had to leave early because of something. Grabbing the handle of his luggage he kissed his mother goodbye on the cheek. "Mom I'm going to go now. I promise I'll write." "I know you will because I'll be waiting." hugging his mom he turned to face the train. He maneuvered through the crowd mumbling a sorry when he bumped into something. As he struggled to push against the constantly moving crowd. He finally came to an open doorway leading to rows of compartments.
He pulled his luggage up the train staircase on walked through the hall. The quietness made him uneasy being used to a constantly loud house. Most of the compartments seemed to be full when he took a quick peek inside until he came to an almost empty one with only a girl seated in it. "Um, excuse me, would you mind if I sat here."

Train to Somewhere
For Omaira's first time seeing the red steam train she could understand, she was used to being over looked, it made it all that much easier to surprise the nanny or her siblings with a few well timed pranks, however, getting bumped into and barely getting a second glance and a mumble for an apology just would not do.
Her siblings had abandoned her the minute they where out of fathers view and already she was getting overlooked? No, no way, this was not happening at school to she'd make sure of that. Turning around sharply to demande a proper apology from the fool who bumped into her she only got a quick look at his brown hair bobbing as he walked away and half a profil of his face while he was getting on the train.
Huffing in frustration she decided that she'd have a better chance of getting an apology either on the train or once they reach the school, because based on the glimpse she got of him, the rude boy looked like a first year, second max, surely if she looked hard enough she'd find him soon enough.
Now it was time for the hard part finding a compartment away from her siblings and from the perfects so that she can cause a bit of mischief without getting caught. Just need to get her stupidly big trunk her father told her to get from the attic.
Getting on the train was harder then Omaira thought, she was lucky to have an older student who felt pity for her and helped her lift the trunk up the three steps but afterwards she needed to drag her trunk down the hall until she could find a compartment. Luckily enough she could see someone opening a door just up ahead.
Slowly making her way over with her trunk she sees it is in fact the rude boy who had bumped into her! Pulling a bit harder on her trunk she starts moving closer. She decides she's close enough to ask in a very loud voice.
"Hey! Hey you! You bumped into me earlier! What do you have to say for yourself, huh?!"
Sadly, she didn't even notice that there was another person already in the compartment until after she had shouted, feeling a little embarrassed for her behaviour she continues with, "Oh! I'm sorry, my name is Omaira Pevensie. I don't want to be rude but he," she points at the boy now standing beside her at the entrance of the compartment, "bumped into me outside and didn't even have the curtesy to apologize properly. I really am sorry for interrupting you."

Train to Somewhere
At the sound of the girl's voice, he jumped up in surprise. Alex had been so distracted he forgot to apologize to this girl after bumping into her. He looked down at his feet in embarrassment. "I'm so sorry, My head was somewhere else and I wasn't watching where I was going walking." He quickly shoved his trunk into a compartment and offered to help her put her trunk into an empty compartment. "Here let me help you." Shoving the trunk into an empty compartment he struggled for a minute and was content when the task was accomplished.
Not that he would be much help since he was almost just barely a little taller than her. The girl from the look of it was in her first year of Hogwarts, they were a little on the scrawny side but from the looks of it, they were the same age. Letting out a sigh Alex tilted his head and thought of another way to apologize. His mom had given plenty of baked goods for the journey so that outta do. Right?
Opening his travel bag he removed books and some junk he had tossed into it while packing. There was one tattered book that he moved to another pocket and zipped the zipper. Finally, he came to a carefully wrapped package with his name written on it. "Again, I'm really sorry for bumping into you. "Would you care for some Cauldron Cakes or any other sweets? My mom made some extra's to share."
