Noo! He was a great big brother and twin, he was a key aspect to his family, he made things more lighthearted, they were all devastated when he died, and George was never able to produce a Patronus after he died because all George's happy memories were with Fred.

Arthur was more interested in Muggle things than in Wizarding things. Change my mind.
