Compartment 26 Closed

Ebony tensed and frowned. So many people were telling her that she didnt have to live up or be like her parents. But what is she wanted to? Them being slytherins were the only part she could live up too. Everything else wasn't worthy. She pressed herself up against the wall, trying to drown herself in the darkness. There wasn't much shadow there but whatever. Ebony opened her mouth, ready to give her opinion. "Well, the fact that my parents were slytherins are the only thing I can live up too. Everything else was..." She trailed off. Her parents definitely weren't the best. They got caught in muggle addictions and so forth, causing Ebony pain in her past. "So if I'm not a slytherin I'm basically nothing. Thats the only thing that i can be. I mean if i wasnt they wouldnt care, its not like they can see me. Well, they can from hea-" Ebony cut herself off with a fake cough. These people really didn't need to know her backstory, and she didn't need there pity. She hoped none of them knew what she was going to say, but they probally did. It's not like they weren't smart. Ebony cleared her throat, a hopefully obvious sign that she wanted someone else to speak, and maybe change the conversation.

Don't lose hope even when everything is at its lowest.
