Background/History:
Theo was born February 26th 2010 to a family of wizards. His parents (Geoff Evans and Rachel Evans) were both muggle-born and as a result wanted to teach him all about muggle related things which he was very fascinated by as a child. His parents were rather influential in the magic world his father being an auror and his mother being a curse-breaker. He lived a life full of privilege and relative wealth due to the nature of his parents jobs though his father was often absent due to the nature of being an auror and his mother looked after him primarily. He had no siblings though he always looked to his other friends who ended up having siblings with delight. He made friends rather easily growing up and was considered the charismatic all or nothing kid. He was always surrounded by people though they never tended to stick around for very long which he questioned a lot as a child. He was rather spoiled as a child but was never sheltered and it was actively encouraged that he discover things for himself which led to his inquisitive nature.

Regarding his magic discovery he was around two years old when the first incident of magic ended up happening. He caused an apple to accidentally levitate for a moment in a fit of frustration. He got so excited by the magic that he yelled out and his mother got to see what was happening before he realized he couldn't do it anymore. His mother excited that she would finally have her wizarding family after all because she was worried about the potential of not having him be able to do magic and having him show it so early was a blessing to her.

Personality: Theo himself is a generally laid back and confident character. He likes to lead and can be quite cunning and ambitious when he sets a goal for himself. He's passionate and driven by a positive attitude. He's also very adventurous and quick to adapt to new ways of thinking/ new ideals in general. He can be easily distracted and otherwise scatterbrained though. Quick to stand up for what he believes in even if it may get him into trouble. Usually only lets people get surface level close to him and doesn't let them get especially close to him. He tries to remain as calm as possible though can be a bit intense at times. Has a tendency to take on others problems. Pretty charismatic despite this. He's also pretty idealistic and wants to create the perfect image for himself. A perfectionist almost to the point of burning himself out. He enjoys being in roles where he's teaching someone else something, though he can geta little condescending with it and seem patronizing even when he's trying not to be. Creative and loves learning new things. He likes to get into debates and arguments which can lead him into trouble. He's also always asking why questions. He can also be a bit of a prankster.
