The girl's will to dodge had not been enough and she was hit with a spell that left her breathless, though the preparation did come to save her when yet another spell was thrown her way. A healing spell accompanied these, though couldn't help but fall into pessimism about the nearing end of the match. Shooting a look toward her team, she'd bury this in falsely confident posture fueled by the only genuine emotion left in the ray of sunshine—blind anger.

SLYTHERIN CLAIMS VICTORY
Alan was fascinated as he watched the last round unfold. A lot of things seemed like an impossible feat and it was a strong comeback. This would mark their last action and Slytherin decided to go out with a bang; literally. While Maksim, Irina and Amaury all hit their opponents with the spell they would cast at the Hogwarts students, it would not compare to the feats pulled off by the snakes. Astrea was prepared to heal them up a bit at the end of it and tasting victory on her lips, Violet would wait, looking rather awesome, as Dmitri blasted their opponents with a powerful and spread Flipendo. Both of his targets would fly back a cell and land on their behind, utterly defeated. Dmitri would stand there proudly and while no one else went down, Alan found the defeat of the foreign students was clear without a doubt, so Alan would step forward and stop the duel in its tracks. "The match has been decided, congratulations to the Viridian Vipers!"
There was a time in the duel where he had not expected this outcome, surely the other schools has a couple of strong students but they somewhat lost their advantage at one point and Slytherin would have been a fool to let them reclaim their spot at the top. So instead they battled and fought back more vicious than before. It had been a pain to follow all that was happening half of the time! Alan was glad it was over and he was happy to see that their school had won.
"Those who were injured, please seek medical attention from our faculty," he advised toward the end, with a proud grin on his face as he took a last look at the messy playing field. This had been a lot more difficult than he first anticipated, all the fog and smoke had made it difficult to follow along properly.
