Ok, so... once you complete your assignment. You will be given a grade. T- Troll, D- Dreadful, P- Poor, A- Acceptable, E- Exceeding Excellence, O- Outstanding. A troll is a grade you DO NOT want to get, at all.
But by getting the spells, you will be able to put it into your ency when it is officially registered. Ill include a image of my report card, but once you respond to it, I will delete the picture.

Also, Broom Racing and Dueling also allows you to use spells. Or if you want to play a prank on someone, like someone did to @Winnie Harper, with Forgetfullness Potion, and make someone forget three months of their life, feel free to do it

(Just to clarify, the forgetfullness potion thing js not something to be taken lightly. Such a huge change requires you to re-register in the index (I think) , and you need to have OOC permission from the owner of the character recieving the potion, you can't force someone into something that big)
