Lavinia's inquiry as to if she'd watched a game, face lighting up at the topic, fueled Bridget's own excitement. Quidditch was still a sport she adored, even if duelling had become her thing over the past year. "Yes! I've made nearly all of them." In truth, she couldn't have commented very much on Lavinia's performance, specifically. Her attention would always be fixed on Slytherin players, or more broadly on the match, details not sticking so much, when her House wasn't playing. Still, she'd definitely seen her out there and thought she could recall watching her score.
Quidditch aside, there was a rope to climb. Lavinia was willing, moving to do so until Rosella piped up. Bridget had no problem with her going for it. Her only concern might be that the younger girl didn't sound terribly confident, though perhaps that had more to do with talking to strangers. "All yours." She stepped to the side to allow her to pass. Up she went, Lavinia cheering her on. The girl did beautifully reaching the first token. "Keep it up!" came a bit of her own encouragement. At the current rate, the Slytherin wouldn't be surprised to see her get them all.
Alas, climbing such a rope was no easy task and the first stretch seemed to have taken its toll. The second token wouldn't quite be reached before she had to come down. "It's alright." No doubt they all wished they could have gotten all three, but it was what it was and this was for fun. If she wouldn't snap at a duelling teammate for making a mistake, she could hardly be frustrated at Rosella.
Alan led on to a chasm in the floor, pillows visible at the bottom. It was obvious the challenge would be crossing it, the way marked by a sort of log bridge and monkey bars. Evelynn suggested they don't all go at once, to which she nodded. While the Gryffindor approached the logs--a balance beam type challenge, it looked like--she drifted to the bars. Her balance was fine, but as a Muggleborn, the monkey bars were far more familiar. She would do them all the time when she was little. It would be a little different, suspended much higher up than on a typical playground, but the idea was the same. Reaching up, she gripped the first bar. Then, she would swing out to the second one, her weight leaving the ground. Eyes trained on the bars, this would be a matter of keeping her momentum, of going quickly enough to not lose grip strength but not so fast as to miss a rung.

@Lavinia ClovenKey: English| Russian| FrenchAttempting Monkey BarsRosella had tried her hardest to climb to the top of the rope, she was doing well at first. In the end, she didn't have the strength to make it to the very top of the rope though, she only managed to make it to the first token before dropping back down to the ground, her feet making a soft thump as she stood upright again. "Sorry guys," she muttered as she looked around at the rest of her teammates.
Silently, Rosella followed her team to the next section, noticing monkey bars and rolling logs to balance on. She never thought she would be doing this much exercise while doing an activity like this. Looking back and forth between the two different methods of getting to the other side, she mentally prepared herself for what she was going to have to do. Either risk losing her strength again by having to hold onto the monkey bars to get across, or have to use her balance to get to the other side. She glanced to her team mates to see what method they chose in the end, she really hoped she didn't lose them any more tokens. Slowly she made her way to the edge of the monkey bars to attempt to make her way across.

Alan walked ahead, choosing to walk the turning logs and did so with so much grace it seemed like a piece of cake. Tiger had followed, his paws not bothered by the turning of logs as he dashed to the other side to reunite with the prefect. @Evelynn Decipio [DC15; d20:d10+12] would have no issue as she boldly took the lead, taking one secure step after the other. She wouldn't fall or shake as she kept her balance along the way until she stepped on secure ground next to Alan. @Bridget Collins was insisting on trying the monkey bars, a choice Alan would have never dared to attempt unless it was the only path. [DC12; d20:16+7] But as Alan watched Bridget, he would soon notice that she would do great with this task, better than the boy would have expected her to. Well for him a strength based task just wasn't very pleasant. Lastly, Rosella @Logan Baird would face this challenge as she also chose the path with the monkey bars and [DC12; d20:4+7] felt her grip loosen as she tried to cross the gap. Her hands slipped and she fell down a few meters into a cushioned heap of pillows that would soften her fall. She would however have to cross this path to move on, so she would climb up the ladder and gave it another try, [D12; d20:6+7] and while she felt her hands getting sweaty; she would manage to keep her grip and slowly make her way to the other side; though her arms would ache as she found herself back with the group. @Lavinia Cloven had decided to stay behind; welcome to try the task or turn around.
As they made their path into the next room, they will find it to appear like a shore; they could in theory move on right away but if they did, they would miss a message etched into the sand; Dive thrice and grab as many tokens as you can carry. This task might be a little imbalanced but in a way the chances were equal of gaining a handful of token. They could win a bunch or none, though winning none was highly unlikely. Alan figured it should be fine as long as everyone was giving their best and at later tasks they might balance out any lack of tokens. The task was simple and he wouldn't think there was much of a explanation needed. The ambiance seemed serene as thick fog would gather in this specific room, making it hard to keep orientated. One or more could step forward for this task, jump into the steep pond or ease themselves into the water from the wooden pier. The water seemed fine, not particularly cold or warm and neither clear nor murky. A simple pond with a fish or two swimming about.
Mod Note:
You will have three attempts of diving into the pond; you can either choose for one person to complete this task or share the work load. Dive into a pool and retrieve as many tokens as you may, be careful what you grab for; there will be three tokens you can grab per diving attempt. How many tokens you can grab is determined via a Stamina roll. An accuracy roll will decide whether you actually manage to grab the individual token. Write your actions i.e. as such "doing all attempts" or "doing atttempt 1/2/3" etc.
In conclusion of this task; to get to the next task you will have to solve a riddle; this is purely rpg flavor and a free task. Simply choose who you nominate to solve the riddle or whether you would like to solve it as a group (in which case the average Wisdom will be chosen).

The log posed little difficulty for the lioness. Lithe, limber, and quite accustomed to maintaining balance in precarious situations against raging gales, Evelynn crossed the chasm's expanse with relative ease. Only the shifting of the log as one step set it to slowly roll and twist threatened to challenge that notion of stability, but even that was largely countered by an equitable step in the other direction. Moments later, Evelynn found herself safely situated on the opposite end of the room, taking up a position next to the mastermind of this whole affair to watch over the progress of the rest of her team.
It wasn't long before Collins landed on solid ground nearby, masterfully managing the monkey bars with little effort, it seemed. An impressive feat, really. Perhaps it wouldn't quite have been so terrible just to swing across, one hand after another. Not nearly as physically demanding as it would have been to hoist oneself up onto the top, or conduct pull-ups. But Evelynn still wasn't certain she could have managed it, herself.
"Well done," Evelynn smiled, inclining her head in the direction of the other girl. "It hardly seemed a challenge at all the way you managed that. Perhaps I should count it a blessing that you decided to make your name in duelling rather than quidditch."
While the Collins and Evelynn hadn't seemed to have experienced much difficulty with progressing to this point, the same could not be said of the other half of the group. Turning her attention from Collins to the pit, Evelynn could only suck in air, lips pursed as she watched the foreign girl's grip loosen, her form plummeting to the depths below. Perhaps she was feeling the effects and weakening from the rope climbing previously.. Thankfully, her fall would have been broken by the plethora of pillows; still, the loss of time was not ideal. Or perhaps it didn't matter. In truth, there had been no indication as to whether time was of the essence.
"One bar at a time!" Evelynn called out as the girl decided to give the bars a second chance. "Don't rush it, but don't hesitate either." It was always hardest to start back up again, and that was when sweat started to gather and palms started to slip.. "Slow and steady!"
Whether Evelynn's calls of attempted encouragement had anything to do with the girl's success could be questionable, but she made it either way.
"Cloven?" The last of them had seemed to have hesitated on the far side. "You can't tell me you're afraid of heights," Evelynn chided, the smirk playing at her lips evidence of her teasing. "Is there something the matter?"
Evelynn would stay for a short while, encouraging Cloven to make the cross, but they certainly couldn't tarry there the whole day away. They had coins to collect and a challenge to win. Eventually, whether Cloven made the excursion or not, the group would have to progress on to the next section, and Evelynn would be right there with them when they did. And when it was revealed to be a challenge requiring swimming, she could only stand there, arms folding across her chest as lips pursed in obvious distaste.
"Really, Vanes..." She cast that sour expression in his direction, one hand lifting to motion to her clothing. "Could we not have had at least a modicum of advance notice that skirts would be at all suitable for this little adventure of yours..?" Her tongue clucked against the back of her teeth and she turned her attention to the others.
"Well, if we're to dive no more than thrice, it would be swiftest if three of us were to go at the same time," she concluded, discarding her ire before it could turn into a grudge and shifting her attention to her teammates. "Although it might be more reasonable if only one had to swim. They'd know where they already dove, and it would be much faster to dry one off once it was complete than three. Although... can either of you swim? I'm decent, myself, although I would need a moment to change my attire."
She'd learned her lesson in the maze. Swimming and skirts did not mix; she would not be repeating that mistake again. Thankfully, ruminating on that particular little grudge had resulted in the hunt for a spell that could rectify that. She hadn't found anything reasonable to circumvent the need to swim at that time... but she had been reminded of the ability to modify her apparel on a whim. In preparation to do just that should she need to, Evelynn pulled her wand to a hand.

The monkey bars were no challenge at all. It had been a while since she'd done them, but the movement came back to her, momentum taking her from one bar to the next. She dropped to the ground beside Evelynn, who had masterfully balanced across the logs. "You as well," she responded, returning the 'well done'. A bit of a blush crept in at the rest of the compliment. She wasn't that strong, really. Nothing on the level of Erin Ryan or Quinn Healy; she'd never been much of a threat on the Pitch. But she did put in the effort to maintain the muscle she'd built up during her time as a Beater and it was nice when moments like this came around to use it.
Rosella didn't have the same ease crossing. Her arms were likely worn out from the rope climb, and she lost her grip, falling the short way into the pillows. It didn't take her long to come up for another try, and along with Evelynn, Bridget would offer a bit of encouragement. "You've got it!" Then, when she'd made it in a ways, muscles likely tiring again, she supplied a "halfway there," knowing it usually got easier once you were on the last stretch. She made it this time, and Bridget gave her a smile before turning to Lavinia. The Ravenclaw hadn't made a move, oddly. It wouldn't make very much sense for her to be afraid of these comparatively minimal heights and a Quidditch player, not that she could think of a better explanation. She certainly would have liked to all stay together, but if Lavinia didn't end up crossing, Bridget would give a small wave and follow Alan to the next challenge.
Water? Dive thrice and grab as many tokens as you can carry. It wouldn't have been so bad if they could use magic. Impervius would obviate the issue of getting wet, Aspira the lack of oxygen. As it stood, it didn't look horrible, just unappealing. As Evelynn pointed out, they were hardly in clothes for this; she wasn't wearing a skirt, but her sweater and jean shorts were not meant for swimming. They would be heavy, resistant to motion. "Can we at least use magic to dry off after?" she asked Alan. It wasn't like that should interfere with any of the tasks.
She listened to Evelynn's assessment. Both options had their benefits. There hadn't been any mention of time being of the essence, though, success instead based in tokens. Thus, whatever would optimize their token output was the way to go. She was leaning towards a single person taking the challenge; three dives might be taxing, but the knowledge of where they'd already explored sounded most beneficial. "I think just one person might be best."
Who, then? Evelynn was offering. "I'm a fair swimmer." She had taken swim lessons as a kid, another piece of her Muggle upbringing that was cropping up today. But... "I reckon diving's different, though, more holding your breath." She wasn't very keen on it. Not to mention she was used to swimming with goggles on, so seeing without them might be a challenge. "If you're willing..." Her voice trailed off, tone asking Evelynn if she'd do it. Of course she wouldn't pressure her, not when she didn't want to do it herself, but she'd be grateful if she did. If Alan had approved her spell inquiry, she would add, reaching for her wand, "I can dry you off when you're done."

One on the monkey bars and the other across the balance beam. She sighed with a smile a a little clap as they both made their way across without any difficulty.
Slowly she made her way forwards, pulling herself up to the monkey bars and slowly making her way across. Half way through, her luck began to run out. Her grip began to loosen, her hands slipping, most likely from the previous climb she had to do. Rosella dropped down into the soft pit with a groan as she walked back and climbed the ladder to attempt the task again. She could hear one of the other girls cheering her on, giving her the courage to try again. The second time, she finally made her way across. The Russian girl slowly rubbed her arms in slight pain, hoping that there was not going to be any more climbing or dangling in the near future.
"I think one of you should do the swimming," she muttered to the two girls on the next task, finally noticing that the fourth girl was no longer with them. Looking back, she could see them at the last task. Rosella only shook her head though, focusing on the current task.

Lavinia cheered for Rosella as she tried to climb the rope and watched her grab one token before falling off of it. Happy that at least a token was grabbed, Lavinia walked behind everyone into the new section of the adventure. It looked as though it was a small cliff with logs and money bars above it. Remembering the regular playground activity from muggle school, Lavinia smiled at the bars.
Listening to Decipio, Lavinia nodded along with the commentary. It made sense to only have one person go at a time to give everyone a decent chance of getting past the obstacles. Lavinia particularly wanted to do the monkey bars but all of the items in her hands though differently. There was no way she was going to be able to use her hands without losing all of her belongings. Also, both Bridget and Rosella expressed interest in the bars during the time Lavinia tried to make up her mind.
While watching all of her counterparts take on the tasks, Lavinia cheered for them and tried to take note of how to do it. Unfortunately, Rosella fell and had to try again but there were pillows at the bottom so it didn’t matter too much if they fell. Soon enough, Lavinia was the last one left on the platform because everyone else made it.
Hearing a call from the other side, Lavinia carefully listened to hear Decipio making fun of her slow movements. “I’m definitely not afraid of heights Decipio, I was just waiting for you to get off so that I didn’t interrupt your turn. Anyways, I play quidditch so there’s no way I could be scared of heights.” She called back before attempting to walk across the floating log.
Once she had crossed the makeshift cliff, Lavinia would be back with the group. She quickly caught on that the next task was water based and planned to sit it out so that she didn’t have to get wet. Already missing a good portion of the conversation due to her slowness on the log, Lavinia would slightly encourage Evelynn to complete the task. “You should totally do it Decipio because I do not want to get wet. If needed I can hold some of your belongings.” She said kindly offering up her already full hands for more possessions.

Alan hadn't thought about students wearing skirts, so that was hardly something he could be blamed for. "I wouldn't wear skirts to an 'adventure' that usually means you got to move around a lot," he argued back calmly, a bit confused perhaps. He would watch as @Lavinia Cloven would walk over the logs from the corner of his eyes and she did...fabulously. She would be able to join the group in no time as she balanced over the turning log without falling or otherwise making a mistake. @Evelynn Decipio would be the one to do the next task, whereas Rosella @Logan Baird would wait at the side and cheer for her. As the group would move on to the next room they would notice a water parkour, which would make Alan smile sheepishly. Perhaps he should have added to wear swim suits or comfortable clothing after all, but he had not thought about that in the moment he was writing the invitations. "You should be able to stay dry if you succeed, so don't worry! Just try to get to the other side, it's fun, really!" he chirped. There were a bunch of floating platforms across part of what appeared to be a corner of the great lake, specifically the safe area that was meant for swimming during the day. But smoke and fog would block off any sights beyond the part that was important for this task. On their path to the other side the students would see two platforms that had held the tokens, ready for grab. "You can only take one token from each platform and if you fall in that ends your turn," he explained, before allowing the students to attempt this task.
Mod Note:
You are faced with a water parkour, if you fall you can swim the distance; for those that cannot swim there are plenty of floaties and swim noodles to help you across. There are two check points for each person; to participate everyone will need to post, otherwise it is assumed you skip this challenge. Each check point results in a token, meaning a total of two tokens per participant. There will be three rolls with increasing DC, failing them means you fall into the water and have to swim your way across. The rolls are treated chronologically. This is the second last task you will have to compete in!

Evelynn dove once, twice, thrice, each time surfacing with a shiny token. That made three in total, a fine addition to their collection, and it was hardly fitting to wonder if she could have done better when she hadn't been willing to take the task. "Nicely done," she offered, supplementing the praise with an incanting of Aer Calidus. This spell saw considerably more success than her earlier Accio, hopefully providing relief from the cold wetness clinging to Evelynn's transfigured clothes.
Perhaps she'd done that too soon, though. After solving a puzzle, they followed Alan to the next room--really, this was an impressive set-up--to be greeted by more water. It looked more familiar than the pool, maybe even part of the Great Lake. She frowned, sizing up the platforms suspended in midair. Fun. She supposed it might be. At least until you lost your balance and made a splash in the waters below. He had said it was possible to reach the other side with no issue, it just rather looked like that was easier said than done.
It did look cool, she could give credit for that, the levitated platforms over lapping waves, all surrounded by thick fog. "I'll go first?" After witnessing Evelynn's balance on the logs, she had half a mind to wait for her, to watch how she approached the course to replicate her methods, but she'd already taken the lead in diving. All there was to do was go for it, anyhow. Being precise with her movements should be enough until she gained a better sense of the course, and if worst came to worst, she could swim to the other side.
