Encountering Wild Fauna, or Something...
After her first, and rather overwhelming, day at Hogwarts, Zylpha decided to start her second day with more peace of mind. Though, the discovery of the Library was nice, the rest of the day was a blur, and she lost count of how many times she got lost. She was so immensely relieved when she was actually able to relocate her dorm in the evening....Time: Early in the morning
Where: The edge of the Great Lake
Setting: Sun is rising, not too many student or staff outside. Late summer/beginning of autumn breeze, but not too cold.
Today she found her way outside, to the Castle Ground, and eventually towards the lake. The walk was truly calming for her, and so was the silence. She had brought her old notebook, in which she always had logged the animals she had encounter while roaming the forests at home. It was an odd hobby for someone as young as Zylpha, but it was something that her late grandfather had taught her. She held on to the habit, even after he was long gone...
She slowly walked past the edge of the Great Lake and relished in the upcoming sun. All the orange and yellow in the sky was truly beautiful. Aberdeen, the place where Zylpha grew up, was close to the sea, so she was very familiar with great open water. However, a large lake like this was new to her. So, she kept walking past the edge of the lake, clutching her little notebook to her chest, as she took up her beautiful surroundings.

Encountering Wild Fauna, or Something...
It was a early morning that day,
the month still early in october but autumn already arrived. There was the dip in the temperature, a slight breeze on the grounds and the rippling of the water in the great lake.
Soon the dungeons will have a decrease in the temperature and the glass panels in the slytherin common room will be cold to the touch. It will be time to lay our extra blankets on the bed in the dormitory's soon.
Henry walked along the great lake with his orange feline; Loki perched on his shoulder. The pair wall in silence, overlooking the Scotland morning and breathing in the chilly breeze that comes with autumn in Scotland.
The teen went looking forward for halloween, having only experienced a few happy memories of the day before Hogwarts after the attack and death of his mum. Halloween was her favorite holiday and it turn it was also her children but after the attacked, it became rather a somber day.
Then at Hogwarts, specifically last year with the lockdown on the full moon and apparently a escaped werewolf. Henry worried that it might happened again, he was worried about his friends and family and girlfriend's safety. He was worried about another werewolf escaping, he was worried that might be him this year.
Lost in thought, Henry didn't see the girl he nearly ran into stopping at the last moment and takinga a step back and all emotions went to hide behind the 'barrier' except for a soft smile as he spoke" I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to. Are you alright? Could I do anything to make up for my near clumsiness?"

It is an odd sensation to know that someone is coming really close to you, without seeing them, hearing them or for them to have a reason to be that close to you. Zylpha had that odd sensation, startled from her train of thoughts, before she heard a boy speak: "I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to. Are you alright? Could I do anything to make up for my near clumsiness?" Zylpha gasped and slowly turned around.Time: Early in the morning

She knew two things for sure as she beheld the boy. One, she had never, ever seen him before. Two, he had a haze of darkness and sadness over him. This both intrigued her, but also made her feel pity for him. However, for as far as she was any good at estimating people, she felt that he probably did not care much for her pity either. However, besides the not too apparent gloomyness, the boy seemed rather nice and polite, and possibly a little older than her. She could understand that he would be lost in thought and nearly running into her, she ran in to trees multiple times, back when she still lived in Aberdeen. Though her thoughts raced fast, she felt as if her silence started to become awkward...
Zylpha smiled kindly at him. "Oh, well," she started. "You didn't really ran into me, now did you?" She grinned. "However, if you're offering to make up for something that did not entirely happen, I, of course, need to take advantage of that offer." She chuckled and looked at her feet. Saying she is going to keep him to his word, is one thing, actually coming up with something, is a second. She lifted her gaze towards the lake. "How about... You tell me something about this lake?" She asked. "I've never really been to a lake before..."

Encountering Wild Fauna, or Something...
Studying the girl's appearance, Henry noticed that she had a set of red hair and found it odd how he seemed to attract those with red hair at Hogwarts.
Scarlett, Alexa, Rose, Henry Llewellyn, and now her.... strange but she seems nice
The third year hid his emotions behind the 'barrier' letting only a soft smile be seen, Loki remained on his right shoulder and studied the girl wiry amber eyes. Returning the girl's smile as he listened to her words and thought that she was younger than him, she was definitely shorter as he replied" I still nearly ran you over and will have to make it up so anything that you wish I will do," offering the girl a soft smile and playful but also dramatically bowing to the girl like she was a queen before taking his casual stance once again; back straight, arms loosely crossed in front his chest.
Henry listened to the girl's question then looked over at the lake, watching the rippling water for a moment as he thought about what to say before turning back the girl and looking at her green eyes. The type of green that shimmered in the sunlight almost the similar to his girlfriend's eyes or his stepsisters as he spoke to the girl, " well the great lake gives off a cool mist during the autumn days and there's a giant squid that lives there, I can show you if you want?"
