I am too, especially when I get homework. I usually help my little brother with his
and then homework gets pushed back.

I LOVE THE FACECLAIMMMMMMMMMM
Also, whoever asked about your character going to a npc school- this is what Nora posted on discord.

Was brought to my attention that this was missed, sorry about that.
Honestly, we'd prefer if this wasn't done. As we have iNPCs and index etc, it's way better to just have people say their character was at Hogwarts but stuck to themselves that year / focused on studying / etc (rather than coming up with a whole reason for their absence - because that reason needs to then be checked in detail and approved by index before it's roleplayed etc). If they leave school, I believe home schooled is preferred to avoid any issues. However, people have said their deactivated character/absent character attended another school for a year and then come back so it's -currently- allowed (I say currently as this might not be allowed by the time they return. I can't guarantee it will be allowed).
However, saying they go to another school comes with a lot of restrictions. Off the top of my head (there might be more but this is just the top of my head of things to avoid doing).
1. You cannot roleplay during this time. The second you roleplay, you're considered active and a Hogwarts student.
2. You can't backdate threads on your return to when you were a transfer student. You can't roleplay as anything other than a Hogwarts student on your main PC.
3. You cannot attend any iNPC events with that school. I.E. If you're saying you're a Durmstrang student, and Durmstrang is invited to Hogwarts in Feb 2022 and you're free to RP, you cannot come as a Durmstrang student.
4. You don't get to claim you're friends with iNPCs or know anything that happened at their school basically.
Essentially, during your year of absence, you basically hung out with faceless npcs, went to class, and returned and nothing special happened (you don't get main story related stuff if there is any, as we do occasionally give iNPCs a hook). You have to keep it super vague.
It's honestly better to say you're -not- attending other schools but if you have to, then you're going to be very restricted.
Also, this just going to repeat this bit: (I say currently as this might not be allowed by the time they return. I can't guarantee it will be allowed). Because I have no idea what will happen this time next year and a part of it will be based on your personal story (if it's just a month's absence, no, you wouldn't transfer to another school. If you're inactive for a full academic year but are still moving up a year then you need to be taught in some capacity). You'll need to get re-indexed at that time (post-absence) with information of why you left the school and everything before you start to roleplay.
