A adventure of a lifetime?
Clair was bored, she had done all her homework and Classes were done for the day, she looked around the courtyard, it had a few students who wandered about, seeming in a daze, a d a few others studying in a corner, Clair found a empty bench and plopped herself down, she would have to find a good book to read and soon too! It was still only September and she was already needing a book! The Ravenclaw girl took out a sheet of paper and started to draw, she drew what she saw, starting with the people, then the birds and so on, she drew everything with such care and took time on every thing, it all looked like the real thing, like it could jump off the page and I to the real world, Clair's hair fell on her paper, she pushed it back and sighed a little, she looked up again, and seen a girl, she had red curly hair and freckles, Clair had seen the girl in the Ravenclaw Common room, she knew that the girl was a first year and that was pretty much all she knew about the girl, she put her quill, and half drawn picture and stuffed it in her bag along with the closed Ink Well, she stood up, straighten her school outfit, and walked over to the girl, it was time to meet this girl! "Hello!" She said to the girl, "my name is Clair Fernandez, I'm a first year Ravenclaw!" She said, reaching her hand out to the girl.

And Juniper knew she HAD to read it, because someone else could and they could be rumor-spreading bullies! She bent down to pick it up when a girl walked over.
Who was this girl? Juniper didn't know. Oh, wait. She was a Ravenclaw. "Hi hi! I'm Juniper Kelly! Super cool Ravenclaw, awesome first year." She said. "I found this note, Wanna read it?!" She unfolded it. "A riddle! Perfect! What has lots of bark, but no bite?" Juniper tapped her chin. "Hmm... what do you think?" She asked.

Clair noticed that the Girl had loads of energy and seemed friendly, when she asked about the riddle Clair smiled, "well, I am not sure, what was it again ? What has lots of bark and no bite?" She thought for a while, "what about a tree?" Clair could feel the enthusiastic girl's vibes slipping into her own body, Clair was like that, she would feel so so e's vibes and then pick up on them and join in with it. she could feel her heart speed up, "is there more ? Like a answer ? To see if I was right ??" She asked hopping up and down on her feet, it was the fact that she could use her brain to think up correct Answer made her happy and giddy, it always had. She loved learning and using her brain, the tingling feeling of getting it right, and the want to learn the right answer if she was wrong was great for her!
She bent down to tie her shoe laces and seen two more they looked like they had been broken off a bigger sheet of paper, "want to read one and I'll read the other?" She asked handing out one of the small folded sheets of paper, OH it could be about some ones Crush! Or a love letter! her mind screamed in excitement

@Clair FernandezJuniper tapped her chin with thought. "HMMMMM" She said, which did not help her mind get the answer. What has a lot of bark but no bite? Well, what animals bark, but don't bite?? Do squirrels bite? "It's obvious..." She said, trying to believe she knew it so her brain would keep up! "it's, well, it is..." She thought and thought. She scratched her head. "My dog! He barks a lot, but he almost never bites." She said, matter of factly.
But Clair seemed to have another idea. A tree. OHHHHH. Duh. "Uh, yeah, I was just gonna say that. mhm." She nodded. Clair got excited. "I think you're right.. but I wonder where this thing came from?" Instead of using wisdom, she used her imagination. "It could be something! Like, not just a paper somebody left!" She said excitedly.
She paced back and forth. "Because who just leaves a slip of paper with a riddle on it? Like, why not a big paper with many riddles?What's the point of having a small slip with just one riddle? That's easy to remember? " She ranted, mainly talking to herself. Maybe she was looking to much at it. But she was sure this was a look-between-the-lines moment.
Clair said something, but Juniper had gotten a lightbulb. "What if it's a-" She gasped. She jumped up and down, squealing. "Tree! A tree! C'mon, let's see if I'm right!" She knew that they were in the courtyard, but there was a tree at the side of the structure, possibly grown from a crack in the stone that grew larger over time.
She ran up to it, and looked around. "Look for more paper! It could be a scavenger hunt!" She said excitedly.

Clair opened her small sheet of paper that she had found, it just said The same thing as the one Juniper had found. The other one said the same, she followed Juniper over to the tree, "good Idea!" Clair said, she looked around the tree, "I'll look in the tree!" She offered, she placed her bags on the ground and reached up to grab hold of a the nearest branch, her robes got caught, and she fell over, she jumped back up "I'm Ok!" And this time she watched her robes to make sure that they did not swing in her way.
When she got to the top she seen that the tree had many nooks and crannies in it, she smiled it was going to be fun, she looked at each hole and nook, pushing her hands into dark spots that she could not see into, then she felt it! A small square of paper folded neatly in a hole on the west side of the tree, she pulled it out, "Hey! I got it!" She said waving it to show Juniper, "see!" She hopped down from the tree and handed it to Juniper "want to read it?" She asked.

She hopped down from the tree and handed it to Juniper "want to read it?" She asked.

A adventure of a lifetime?
Jade found herself in the courtyard of Hogwarts; an area she did not yet discover. It was big, the air smelled of fresh cut grass, flowers, and a bit of mist after a rain... But the sun was shining... She could see a few students in the area. Reading a book, talking with friends, or bragging about how they are a legacy within their house.
"Hmm... Perhaps, as long as it isn't too noisy... I could come here... Read a book, look up at the sky.. as long as the weather permits it, I suppose."
The greenery reminded her of Ireland. Emerald, fresh, always a sight for sore eyes. At that moment she started missing her family. Has Anakin learned new words? Is Bindy's artwork imrpoved? She wished she could show her brothers and sisters this place!
Then her eyes caught a glimps of Jelly sitting with another Ravenclaw girl. She walked towards them.
"Jelly! Im glad to see you, I haven't seen you since the Sorting Ceremony... Oddly enough, though we are in the same house...
"
She turns to the other Ravenclaw girl.
"Hello, Im Jade Noir. Jelly and I met on the train. We were assigned in the same seating area"
"Hmm... Perhaps, as long as it isn't too noisy... I could come here... Read a book, look up at the sky.. as long as the weather permits it, I suppose."

Clair seen a girl approach her and Juniper, she introduced herself as Jade Noir, "Hello, nice to meet you, Jade, Umm can I ask why you call her Jelly?" Clair asked wondering why Jade called Juniper, Jelly.
She looked at Jade, "I have this note, Juniper and I just found it! If you want to join us in searching for the clues you're welcome too!" She offered, smiling at the girl, "we just found a sheet earlier and the riddle said 'what had bark but no bite, Juniper guessed her dog, and I guessed a tree, so we came over here to look for another sheet of paper, hoping that it is some kind of Scavenger Hunt!" Clair explained, hoping it made sense, she closed her eyes for a moment, to enjoy the sound of the Birds and bugs, Life is always better if you slow down, she believed, so Clair did just that, then realized that the two other girls most likely felt like She was a weirdo, so she opened her eyes and said, "do you two like to read? I love to read and learn!" Clair was a stereotypical Ravenclaw student, she loved to read, learn, make friends and go on adventures. She looked at the other two and wondered if they were the same.

Juniper gasped. "Don't- don't fall! I- I can get it if you-" She winced. Clair continued climbing, and she found a note. Juniper clapped her hands and jumped up and down. "yay! Another cluee!" She ran over to Clair. She took the note from the girl's hands.
she looked at it and began to read, but someone else walked over. Juniper looked up and around when she heard "Jelly" and saw Jade. She smiled. "Jade! Hi hi! " She beamed at her friend, glad they were in the same house. Juniper looked at Clair, and did a face palm. "OH! Well, my full name Is Juniper Kelly, but my friends in Ireland call me Jelly bean or just Jelly, and so she calls me that too!" She explained.
She let Clair explain what they were doing, then jumped in. "Yeah, exactly! It's fun, because... yeah! I wonder what these lead to, though!" She waited long enough. She turned back to the note.
"Where can you get rest, but cannot sleep!" She said, looking at the other two girls. "Well, there are a lot of options... Hm. You can rest on the ground, anywhere!" She bite her lip.
Then, she got an idea. A bench... maybe?
"I think I know, but what do you guys think?"

Clair smiled "easy! A bench! 'cause you can rest on it by sitting, but it would be kind of weird to sleep on it!" Clair smiled "do you think that's right?" She looked at the other two girls,
"I should think it would be! what else would make sense?" Clair ran over to the nearest Bench, she started to search, but did not find anything, "did we get it wrong? OR is it another bench??" Clair asked, she looked at the girls, she should let them choose what to do...
Clair looked at the nearest bench, it was close a d far at the same time, Clair waited, what should they do? Clair looked at it some more, but no matter how sharp her eyes were she did not see anything, it would be super hard to! They were about 30 feet away from it!
She tried to think of what the next clue could be, what would the clues lead them to? A dangerous animal? That would be fun! A big cake? That would be yummy! Or a party with a Animal and Cake?? That would be GREAT!!! Clair guessed that her guesses were wrong, and that no one would have a party or cake or animals waiting for them, but who knew? She decided to not ask the girls if they thought there would be Cake, Animals or a party at the end.
