When I did the sorting quiz I just filled in whatever fitted Samantha the best. Before Sam was sorted I expected she would be Slytherin or Ravenclaw.

I only knew I didn't want her to be hufflepuff, as that is my OOC house and I didn't want IC and OOC to be very similair.

Anyway, I hope everybody will be happy with the house of their character!

Slytherins are not necessarily 'evil' and Hufflepuffs are not sunshine and rainbows, not really. Hufflepuffs are hard working, they are loyal. There are branches of military service that often boast about these facets as integral parts of their character. Slytherins are ambitious, sure cunning is another word but I often think goal oriented is a good phrase also. They have a place to be, a person to become and a situation that they do not wait to see happen but make happen. In my experience I see a few unexpected houses here and there but often once they settle in they see things from a different vantage point. Don't take the test to get to a certain place, have fun reaching that destination.

There is something about ambition, how it not only propels you but also defines you.
